CARRY ON RESEARCH INCLUDING A SCIENTIFIC BILLFISH TAGGING PROGRAMME WITH THE INTENTION OF REPRESENTING THE INTERESTS OF THE CONTINENT AT INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE LEVEL TO FURTHER CONSERVE THE BILLFISH.
