The Trust assists the Cathedral Chapter in maintaining the fabric of the Cathedral, advancing education in the role of the Church and the history of the Cathedral, and meeting the costs of maintaining the choral tradition. The Trust also assists in promoting the development of the Cathedral.

The charity carries out fund raising events to run and maintain a Village Hall for the benefit of the local community. These include social events i.e. Quiz Nights, Children's events, Music Concerts, Bingo, etc., and larger events e.g. Rock Show, Wedding Fayres, Christmas Fayre etc. It's also hired out for a number of activities e.g. Bridge, Yoga, Toddlers Play, Choir, Yoga, private functions etc.

The object of AOTOS is the advancement of education in the teaching of singing and subjects connected therewith for the public benefit.

Awards to young classical singers

The objects of the Society are: - to promote, improve, develop and maintain public education inand appreciation of the art and science of choral and orchestral music in all its aspects by thepresentation of public choral and/or orchestral concerts and by such other means as theSociety's Charity Trustees may determine from time to time.

We're a mixed four part community choir. We practice weekly on a Thursday night at Trinity Church Hall Gracious Street Knaresborough. Our members range in age from 24 to 93. We don't audition and everybody is welcome as we are a fully inclusive rock and pop choir.

Singing Gorilla Projects funds and manages community based projects in remote parts of Uganda, they build and manage Health facilities, schools and sponsor children to enable them to continue their education. The charity funds water delivery programmes with water tanks, filters and pumping projects.

Our objectives are to advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, the art and science of music, in all its aspects, through the presentation of public concerts and recitals.Our particular aim is to preserve the cultural and heritage of Welsh male choral singing through public performances.

To promote and advance the education, understanding and appreciation of people of all ages in choral music for the public benefit, including through the holding of public concerts and participatory events in which individuals can develop, improve and maintain their own competencies, skills and capabilities.

The Southend Boy's and Southend Girl's choir enable music to be performed for the public benefit. Young people are given training and access to choral music to enable them to enjoy singing for the public across the country and the worldand to gain skills. Young people sing together under the direction of a musical director, and learn to appreciate the skills of choral music.

The Worcester Festival Choral Society is one of the leading promoters of major concerts in Worcester. As well as being one of the oldest, it is one of the most highly regarded choirs in the country, with a singing membership of about 150. It gives three major concerts each year.

To advance, improve, develop and maintain the education of the public in the arts, and in particular (and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) the arts of choral and other music by the organisation and/or presentation of concerts, workshops, and recitals of high educational and artistic merit, and by other such means as the trustees shall from time to time determine.

To provide a musical education for the young, in particular, orchestral training for music students and young professionals.

Focus of this project is to promote a holistic approach to health, mental health and social well-being and provide activities that encourage participants to take positive steps to improve their well-being and adapt a healthy life style. To educate and entertain members of the general public in the Reading and surrounding area through the rehearsal and presentation of two musical productions a year (spring and autumn) at theatres in or near Reading.Each production usually runs for five performances with a total potential audience of just over 2000 for the week.

The Charity operates open-access choirs and music education opportunities for children and young people from across Warwickshire and nearby regions. The charity supports weekly rehearsals both in and out of school, a schools programme and an annual programme of concerts, workshops, competitions and CPD for teachers.

Choral Society

We are a Male Voice Choir who learn music and song to enable us to sing in concerts to help raise monies for other charities. We have enjoyed singing in Italy, Spain, Austria, France, Germany and Belgium together with venues like Symphony Hall in Birmingham, St George's Chapel in Windsor and the Royal Albert Hall in London.
