We give members the opportunity to sing together in a community choir, perhaps for the first time, as well as explore repertoire (from classical, world and folk to gospel and pop) that maintains the interest of the more experienced singers. Healthy use of the voice is encouraged, and the basics of reading music is taught. Performances are given in a variety of venues across the local area.

To Stage various choral music concerts throughout the year

The charity is a male voice choir performing choral music at public concerts and venues. We are based in Skelmanthorpe, West Yorkshire and perform around the local district as well as further afield. As a 'teaching choir', we are open to all men who can 'hold a note', irrespective as to whether you can read music.

Choral Society, singing a range of music from classical to modern, providing concerts and workshops for the public

The Bar Choral Society offers the opportunity to barristers, judges, family members and friends and those who work within or with the legal profession to come together to sing choral music to a high standard. Rehearsing and performing largely in Temple Church and around the Inns of Court, the Society presents approximately two concerts per year.

Choral Singing, choral workshops and performance of concerts

Paragon Singers is an auditioned "a cappella" choral group based in Bath. We explore and bring to the public a wide range of music from Renaissance to modern, including music that we have commissioned, and typically perform 3 to 4 concerts a year as well as performing in a European city. We run a bursary scheme for music students to join us for a year and participate in the life of the group.

Highfield Hall Community Centre - this is a community resource for leisure and educational pursuits, with group usage for art circle, karate, community events and gatherings for Table Tennis club, drama and choral groups, and childcare provision. The society performs a series of concerts for the public in the Bristol area, playing mostly symphonic and large-scale choral works. The orchestra works with a professional musical director and aims to achieve a high standard of performance.

Worthing Choral Society aims to provide at least three public Choral concerts a year,. It also undertakes charity concerts for both local and national organistions each year. It supports local luncheon clubs for the elderly. Occasional choral trips abroad are also a feature of the choir. On request we provide small choirs for weddings and other more personal occasions.

The object of the Charity is to develop and enhance the public's appreciation of opera in the St Albans area. The Charity aims to provide first class operatic performance which are both affordable and accessible to the inhabitants of the St Albans area. It also gives younger and less experienced singers a chance to perform in a public venue.
