Outhouse East supports the delivery of equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people of Essex and East Anglia. Offering services around information and support for LGBT people. The primary purpose of St Lawrence Jewry was to serve and minister to the non-resident daytime population of the City of London by having regular weekly services, weekly recitals, special services and by providing a welcoming space for people to have a quiet time or to pray. The vicar also offered pastoral support to those who are in need. Bibles & other publications were provided for public use.

The Upper Norwood Library Trust was formed by local residents with the objective of taking over the operation, governance and management of the Upper Norwood Joint Library (UNJL) as a library and community hub. Due to significant funding reductions the library has been at risk of closure. The Trust runs courses, activities and provides facilities at the Library Hub for the local community.

To publish and disseminate a journal of hydrological sciences and also a series of hydrological conference proceedings and books to advance the knowledge of hydrology internationally. Many of these publications are distributed free of charge to universities and research establishments in developing countries.

The Friends of French Institute aims to support the educational and cultural activities of the French Institute, such as showing French and European films, plays, lectures and concerts of classical music, and promoting contemporary music. The French Institute exists to promote French language and culture, but also to encourage cross-cultural exchanges.

Our activities widen access to literature and improve diversity within publishing. The charity manages and operates St George's Theatre, housed in a Grade I listed former chapel, together with the neighbouring Pavilion cafe bar and outside performance area, to provide a balanced and broad range of cultural activities including theatre, cinema, performing arts, comedy, and music for the whole community.
