The Village Hall was built in 1937. It is used to hold a number of activities including, weekly keep fit, dance & zumba classes. The hall is also hired out for private functions, school activities & fundraising events run by the committee. The hall hosts a milk machine selling fresh milk & local farm produce. The Association for Latin Teaching supports the teaching of classical subjects (Latin, Greek, Classical Civilisation and Ancient History) in schools, chiefly by running training conferences for teachers. It also collaborates in producing the Journal of Classics Teaching and has a small collection of ancient artefacts, available for loan for teaching purposes.
