Advancing and maintaining the Christian Religion through the production and distribution of Christian literature, the provision of Christian instruction and the provision of buildings and equipment for Christian instruction and worship; the relief of the sick, infirm and poor living in undeveloped countries either generally or individually through the provision of grants, goods or services.

The Charity aims to advance the religion of Islam in South East England and North West London, for the benefit of the public by holding prayer meetings, lectures, public celebration of religious festivals, provision of education on religious practices to minors and adults, producing, selling and distributing books and literature to enlighten others about the religion of Islam.

The Charities objectives include:-the advance of education for the public benefit and in particular the study of and dissemination of knowledge about the Sufi culture, Sufi Heritage and Sufi Literature; andthe promotion of the arts, culture and heritage for the public benefit with particular reference to classical and contemporary Sufi arts, literature and culture.

The advancement of the Christian religion for the benefit of the public but not exclusively through the holding of prayer meetings, lectures, public celebration of religious festivals, producing and/or distributing literature on Christian faith to enlighten others about the Christian religion, providing pastoral care and carrying out outreach work in the community.

Regular worship for all and provision of sacred space for prayer and contemplation. Pastoral support including visiting the sick and bereaved. Teaching and promoting Christianity through sermons and groups, the staging of events, meetings and the use of literature. Provision of activities for specific groups e.g. children, youth, senior citizens. Supporting other charities in the UK and overseas.

VLV works to represent UK citizen and consumer interests in broadcasting and speaks for listeners and viewers on the full range of broadcasting issues. We use independent expertise to champion quality and diversity in programming, respond to consultations, write policy briefings, run events and conferences and work for public service broadcasting that informs, educates and entertains.

Alongside selling Christian books, we run a cafe in which we offer a relaxed welcoming atmosphere where customers can talk together and with our staff and volunteers, some of whom have additional needs. We seek to support the elderly, disabled, vulnerable and homeless. We welcome secondary school pupils for work experience. Profits make grants to children and young peoples' organisations.

The ClearVision Project is a national postal lending library of over 10,000 children's books with the text added in braille so that the books can be shared by print and braille reading children and adults. ClearVision currently lends books to over 600 families, schools, nurseries, colleges, Sensory Support Services and public libraries all over the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Our core purpose is to provide library services to the community of the Upper Afan Valley - lending books, CDs and DVDs, providing newspapers, 5 public computers with wi-fi & internet access, printing and photocopying. We also plan to develop other uses for the building - to turn the library into a Hub for Community - a multi-purpose community facility with a cafe, meeting space and classes.

Centre for Policy on Ageing aims to raise awareness of issues around ageing, influence development of policies to enable older people to live their lives as they choose & to support good practice. Key activities are research, policy, dissemination of information (library & information resources open to all), publications, events. Key is to advocate what older people themselves want & need.

The principal activity of the charity is the publication and sale of Christian literature in the French and Russian languages.This literature has been distributed to many countries through the Charity's representation through French speaking countries in the world. Production of literature in the Russian language is centered in the charity's sister organisation in Minsk, Belarus.

The objects of the charity are to advance education in the field of international law by making grants towards charitable activities connected with scholarship, by the publication and dissemination of academic journals for the benefit of the public and by such other exclusively charitable means as the board shall in their absolute discretion determine.
