The Travers Foundation is a volunteer-run Charity that provides financial support to local 13 to 30-year-olds to help them realise their dreams in sports, music and the arts. We help by nurturing the talent of local teams, groups and individuals in Rutland, Leicestershire, and Northamptonshire.

BBCS is a community based choir, accessible to anyone over the age of 16. Ty Golau Dementia Charitable Trust is a Cognitive Therapy session ,held once a week for 2 hours for people living with Dementia.It aims to stimulate memory through themes/music and memory games.It is run entirely by volunteers together with active roles that include Trustees

Trains for and performs choral music in public three or four time a year

Seaford Choral Society performs two major concerts in Autumn and Spring, an "Almost Instant" performance at Easter and a minor concert in Summer, open to all singers, each year, in addition to various ad-hoc informal performances. Retiring collections are donated to nominated local charities.

Old Silkstone Brass Band is a community organisation which provides members with access to learning and performing brass band music. The band are based in Silkstone near Barnsley but perform not only to the local community but much further afield.
