Study, promotion and performance of choral music

We provide a hall which is used for many activities, art classes, Welsh classes, music classes, craft classes, slimming clubs, whist and bingo clubs, the hall is used by the community for meetings, parties etc. We keep the costs low to encourage everyone to make use of the hall.

To advance the education of the public in the arts of choral, orchestral and other music by the presentation of concerts, recitals and recordings of high educational and artistic merit.

Supporting and promoting the musical culture of the local community via singing.

Spinnaker Chorus is a barbershop singing group for women aged from 16 years in the Portsmouth and surrounding area. We sing four part harmony music educating ourselves in singing techniques through coaching and educating others through singing workshops and events. We perform for the public benefit and collaborate with groups to improve well-being through the joy of singing.

The Rhythm Foundation is a charity that works alongside The Rhythm Studio to fund music activities for children and young people in London. We offer financial support for music projects based in and out of schools and hospitals, providing young people with musical opportunities that would not otherwise be possible.

MFALA is Open to everyone across the United Kingdom Specially in Midlands,Also MFALA is providing classes for children in subjects that are not taught at their school Eg. Mother-Tongue language and other languages, Culture and Heritage, Dance, Music, Musical Instruments, Art etc and support the children in a friendly and cultural environment taking account of their cultural and language needs.

Dereham Theatre Company is an active amateur theatre group. We own a Studio where we rehearse and hold Committee meetings. We have both adult members (acting and non acting) and youth members (acting). We perform to local audiences in Dereham Memorial Hall. Each year we look to put on a minimum of one musical and a pantomime. Occasionally performing a play, concert or second musical.

Marilyn Baker and team communicate the Christian faith through music, songs and the spoken word. They minister through the organisation of and attendance at concerts, conferences and meetings throughout the year.

The Brazilian Educational and Cultural Centre promotes and disseminates information about Brazil and the Portuguese language fostering understanding and appreciation for Brazilian culture, literature, music, art, and dance. Our organization serves Brazilians, friends of Brazil and mixed families as a resource for educational programs, social events and cross-cultural exchange.

The Solent Music Festival presents an annual international classical music festival at St Thomas Church in Lymington. It also organises local musical projects involving the community.

Advance the education of the public in the art of music and the other arts, in particular by the presentation of public concerts, recitals, lectures, master classes and similar events in Shropshire.

PDMC supports and promotes the musical development, confidence and enjoyment of young people of school age in an area bounded by Buxton, Bakewell and Hope Valley by maintaining a structure of music ensembles to provide regular rehearsal opportunities; performance opportunities in both informal and public settings; and other enrichment experiences such as residentials, tours and workshops.

Amateur theatrical company which owns its own theatre. Produces annual pantomime, plays and musical shows. Hires out theatre for other theatrical events.

The principle activities of SplitMoon Theatre are to promote and advance education for the benefit of the public particularly dramatic education and to encourage public interest in the arts especially drama, dance, music, literature. The artistic policy is to develop and perform new and little known drama of bold imaginative vision with a cosmopolitian dimension and an emphasis on non-naturalism.

Sheffield Jazz' objects are to promote, maintain, improve and advance education for the public benefit by encouraging and fostering understanding, knowledge, appreciation and development of music, the arts, and in particular jazz, by running concerts and putting on workshops. Sheffield Jazz is run on an entirely voluntary basis.

The purpose Local and Live Music is educate the public about music through improving public understanding and appreciation of contemporary live music . Its principal activities are organising an annual free music festival in Tunbridge Wells, other smaller musical events in the South East and making grants to organisations or individuals where their activities are aligned with ours objectives.

The charity's activities to achieve its charitable objects include the organisation of concerts, which regularly include twentieth and twenty-first century British repertoire, and delivery of regular education workshops to inspire and educate students at primary and secondary schools across the United Kingdom.
