LAMPS Collective seeks to support churches and other organisations to advance the Christian faith for the benefit of the public through: high quality performances involving theatre, music, puppets, poetry and other art forms; training workshops and the production of media resources. Our aim is to inspire, challenge, entertain and provoke thought about the nature of God, life and the Universe.

A biennial classical music (piano, strings and wind) international competition for young people aged between 16 and 27 held in Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Stourbridge U3A hold monthly meetings which offer talks of general interest and opportunities for conversation and for the public to meet us. We have over forty interest groups offering a range of subjects: languages, literature, history, local study, genealogy, music, art, crafts, bridge, quizzes, walking and food. We also organise outings to sites of educational interest.

The Thompson Educational Trust was set up in February 1997 with the aim of providing funding for the advancement of the education of young people, particularly in the areas of medical research, science, literature, music and sport.

To advance education for the public benefit by the promotion of the arts at affordable prces to the public. This covers the full spectrum of performance art from drama, music, children's performances, education and comedy.

Performance of Choral Classical Music

The charity is raising funds to erect a memorial by renowned sculptor Paul Day to acknowledge the heroic and noble deeds carried out by Dame Vera Lynn throughout her life.The memorial is linked to Dover District Council's project to create an amphitheatre on the cliffs at Dover, by connecting Dame Vera Lynn's memorial to an open air concert venue her music legacy will live on for all.

Educating the public in choral music especially by the presentation of concerts and recitals

The aim and objective of the Choir is to educate the general public in the art and science of music. The choir performs four concerts a year and other than Christmas in the choral tradition. We employ internationally acclaimed soloists and use professional musicians to accompany us.

Musical Theatre group

The British Institute of Organ Studies (BIOS) exists to encourage and promote the study of the pipe organ, its history and design, and to increase appreciation and understanding of its music by both organists and the general public. The society serves effectively as the amenity society for the British organ and lobbies Governmentand other national bodies on behalf of the instrument.

The charity organised classes on almost every Saturday during the year. These classes covered languages, philosophy, music, dance and drama.

The advancement of musical education and promotion of public appreciation of music and relief of musicians in necessitous circumstances

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN DANCE, MUSIC, THEATRE, MUSIC TECHNOLOGY, VISUAL ARTS AND CARNIVAL ARTS AND INTERNATIONAL CULTURES BY DELIVERING PROJECTS, EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS AND BY PROVIDING FUNDING ASSISTANCE TO SUPPORT INCLUSIVE ARTS ACTIVITIES AT THE VALE, TAMESIDE.

To provide a youth music theatre and musical theatre workshops for the Llandudno and surrounding area for children and young people.

The Charity focuses on the encouragement of theatre, music, literature and dance.

The restoration, preservation, maintenance and repair of the historically significant grade 1 listed, Scarisbrick Hall. Provider of financial support to local children in education and training. To advance sports education and participation of children and the community. To advance the education of children in music and the performing arts children and the promotion of community participation.

Provide a worship and fellowship meeting point.Work amongst disadvantaged young people, encouraging their gifts eg. music, dance etc.Support work development work overseas amongst the impoverished.Work amongst people with addictions, providing support and encouragement.

To advance the education of children and adults resident within Duxford and surrounding districts in Music, Drama, Poetry and related Arts, by means of:- Running workshops- The presentation of concerts and other events- The provision of musical instruments, tuition and ensemble music making where the school system is unable to make such provision, and to complement such provision as is made.

To provide financial help to further the musical education of children within the district of Bromsgrove

Provide equipment and services for the benefit of students and staff at Grey Court School.Funds raised for these purposes by parental donations, including gift aid, and activities such as car boot sales, quiz nights and concerts.

Musical performances and the musical education of children and young people

The trustees' main activity will be providing financial support and assistance to charitable organisations and individuals by making grants. In particular, working with young people to improve their opportunities as they transfer into the working environment, improving the quality of life for elderly people towards the end of their lives and helping young musicians to get a start in their careers.

The object of the charity is to advance musical education by promoting and sponsoring musical events - such as concerts - in the Teignbridge, Torbay and Devon education districts.

The promotion of the study and appreciation of the music and life of George Frideric Handel, research into the music of Handel and his contemporaries, and the publication of such research.
