To promote musicals, plays, drama, comedies, operas, operettas and other dramatic and operatic works to educate and further the development of public appreciation and taste in the said arts.

The Burford Singers is a choir of amateur local singers. The choir presents three concerts a year of mainly choral works in Burford. The choir actively encourages young people to participate by waiving subscriptions for students and uses the local children's choir whenever possible. The performances are mainly accompanied by an orchestra drawn from local players.

Tickton Village Hall is the primary community building in the Parish of Tickton and Routh, providing a facility for local groups and organisations.Tickton Little Theatre - bringing quality amateur and professional theatre to this rural area. Giving residents an opportunity to learn theatre skills, and contribute to local performances.

Harlow Chorus provides participants (young and old) with a creative, enjoyable and fulfilling educational activity, through training in both vocal techniques and musical repertoire. For audiences, we present exciting, innovative and high quality performances which should always be a pleasurable cultural experience, but will sometimes challenge and educate them by extending their musical knowledge.

The activities of Shandon Community Association are open to the wider community of Newcastle upon Tyne. However its main target group are residents of the 2 local wards of Kenton and Fawdon. The current programme offers , cheerleading, dance and gymnastic sessions and holiday activities for children, young people and their families.

The promotion of educational activities among older people and the encouragement of social gatherings. Achieved by the creation of separate self help groups under the umbrella of our organisation. Typical groups include; singing, gardening, science, arts, conversation, languages, discussion, photography, walking, etc. We currently have over 60 such groups.

Presentation of live theatre with an emphasis on drama.Encouragement of members of the public of all ages to take part in all aspects of theatricalperformance, direction and management.Interaction with other drama societies by way of competition.

Tandem Theatre deliver participatory arts programmes for disadvantaged communities to enhance creativity and appreciation of the arts, facilitate participation with non formal education, improve emotional and mental health and wellbeing, and increase employability skills.

The promotion of high quality chamber music concerts performed by professional artists and available to all members of the public. Some concerts have an educational start or are designed for the elderly or people with learning disabilities.

To give pleasure, promote, educate, train and spread the appreciation of music through choral singing.To support and donate to other charities.

Artists' project earth aims to help create a better world by bringing the power of music and the arts to 21st century challenges. It supports effective projects and awareness raising initiatives to combat climate change and raises funds for natural disaster relief.

Hope Baptist Church is a working church in the centre of Hebden Bridge. In addition to traditional church activities such as Sunday worship, we offer wellbeing activities and a safe space for people to explore issues of spirituality. Our large building provides a home for a number of community groups and the chapel is a venue for music and spoken word events.

Continued to let Hall for social events, dancing classes, etc, which realised ?12,095. Expenditure amounted to ?49,458. Main areas of expenditure were improvements to the Hall, electricity and gas.

The objects of the charity are fulfilled primarily by the organisation of an annual chamber music festival with concerts open to the public and associated activities including a free outreach project delivered to local schools.

We are dedicated to supporting creative artists associated to the world of dance and photography. We operate independently and fund projects without involvement in creative choices. We are not affiliated with any religious or political group. Our focus is solely on supporting the work of artists with a commitment to serving all individuals regardless of their background or beliefs

Display of paintings and other works of art, changed on an monthly basis, the centre is open to the public Tuesday, Thursday (10am - 4pm) and Saturday mornings. The Arts Society premises are used for Local Authority classes in Painting and are used by the various member groups (Painting, Dancing, Choral, Music, Patchwork etc.) to carry out their activities.

To provide a village hall for public use by village organisations for various activities eg drama group, WI, badminton group, karate, carpet bowls, etc.

We organise and run African music, dance,story and drumming workshops in UKWe run schools in UgandaWe are providing Education to the needy children in villages in Uganda.We also provide accomodation to those children.Build Dorms,buy beds and beddings We also provide feeding facilities and water to those children We conduct choir tours to the UK to fundrise for the charity

Rideout (Creative Arts for Rehabilitation) specialises in drama, theatre and multi-artform projects for prisoners, ex-offenders in the community, and other groups experiencing social exclusion including autistic adults and adults with learning disabilities. In addition we also deliver programmes that engage the general public in issues of criminal and social justice.

DECIBELS HAS ESTABLISHED A LEARNING UNIT ON A UNIVERSITY CAMPUS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND USE OF SOUND,MUSIC,THE ARTS,PERFORMANCE AND TECHNOLOGY.THE LATEST RESEARCH ICT (INFORMATION & COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY) MODULES ARE "VISUAL MUSIC" AND "RHYTHM OF SILENCE" AND THEY ARE BEING USED BY DEAFAX,TEACHERS,PARENTS,STUDENTS,AND WITH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH A VARIETY OF DISABILITIES.
