East Quantoxhead Village hall provides the only social centre in E.Q, a rural village in West Somerset. The hall committee raise funds to provide a place where residents from the local area are able to meet and avoid the social isolation that can be prevalent in rural communities. Craft, Yoga, live music and charity events, bingo,quiz evenings, and a popular monthly market and cafe take place.

To give the opportunity to playbrass music for the entertainment of both participants and the public. to provide training for young people in music and in particular brass instrumentation . We play concerts, some for charitable purposes and also enter contests throughout the year.

Award grants to persons under 19 and who reside in the area of the former Borough of Colwyn Bay (Colwyn Bay,Rhos on Sea,Old Colwyn,Mochdre and Llysfaen).Such persons will have to satisfy the Trustees of their degrees of excellence in one of the following fields: Arts/Crafts/Music,Sport,Academic/Research,Commerce/Business,Science/Technology,Any other field.

Provide an entertainment, music & news service, by radio, to & for patients and staff in St Luke's Hospital, Bradford.

We perform charitable concerts for local senior citizens organisations/homes & religious organisations. We organise and perform biannual celebrity concerts bringing well known classical artists to the area for the entertainment and enjoyment of local residents and visitors.

Offering hospitality to overseas students in a student hostel. Events are arranged at the student hostel - monthly Sunday teas. An annual programme of events is organised eg theatre outings, weekends away in country cottages, city and country walks, visits to places of interest, social evenings.

Various fundraising activities ranging from car boot sales, summer fayres, charity auction, sponsored walks, Christmas Fayre etc. Expenditure is the cost of reward trips for the children, theatre company visits and other activities that are not curriculum related.

The Ensemble works with young people both in Arts training and in assisting in access to the Arts in general. The focus is on new writing,music, dance, and theatre.

The Association supports the education and welfare of pupils by fostering relationships with staff, parents and other associates of the school and engaging in activities which assist the pupils' education both in and out of the classroom. The object of the choir shall be to promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science or choral music in all it aspects by the presentation of public choral concerts and by such other way as the choir may determine from time to time.

Haydon school parents association donates money to Haydon school for extra facilities for the benefit of the pupils.
