SEA meets twice a month to catalogue and preserve papers, e.g invoices tickets, programmes,and photographs, portraying the town's social history. Equal Ability Radio, a registered charity broadcaster is based in the UK but potentially serving one billion disabled listeners, the disadvantaged, families and carers worldwide. We are an independant local branch of the Radio Amateurs Emergency Network (RAYNET) who specialise in providing the community with communication facilities in times of emergency, and Public Safety at community events. We provide specialist communications links for community events attracting crowds from a few hundred to several thousands, and assist other Raynet groups nationally.
