The Slaithwaite Civic Hall Trust maintains and manages Slaithwaite Civic Hall for the benefit of the community of Slaithwaite and the wider surrounding area. Rooms are available for hire include a theatre style hall with stage and capacity for 250, a large meeting room, a number of smaller rooms and offices. The Trust also promotes performing and visual arts.

The society's object is to provide the means by which people may learn to perform music, act and dance and to entertain. The society supports other charities by performing concerts in and around the Redruth area but has also travelled to Scotland and Lancashire to support local charities there.
