The League of Friendship operates the Howlands Community Hub, which is open 5 days a week for its members, who are people with a wide range of disabilities. While it is important as a social venue, the main work of the Centre is to provide facilities and instruction in various arts and crafts. To that end the League employs 2 part-time teachers one of whom is an established local artist.

Organise Christian arts festivals incorporating all forms of all artistic expression by Christian artists (including, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, music, drama, dance, painting and sculpture) with the aim of using artisitic expression to spread the Christian gospel.

The charity provides, develops and maintains a centre for the use and benefit for people living in the Ryton and Crawcrook area within the west of Gateshead. The centre has a programme of activities that include Youth provision, arts and crafts, wellbeing sessions and mentoring.

Oblique Arts is an artist led non profit making organisation. We enable communities to work with us and provide spectacular and innovative multi media urban installations and digital art outcomes. We specialise in working with at risk young people and hard to reach communities. Our projects empower our participants to explore their creative potential through high quality visual arts projects.

We were constituted in June 1981 with the principal object of providing services and facilities for the well being of the elderly in our catchment area; comprising Lunch Club (three days), keep fit, genealogy, ceramic painting, befriending service for the vulnerable elderly living in the Cowplain ward and its surrounds.

Nettleham Community Hub focus on building a community and empowering participants to reach their full potential by increasing community cohesion, empowering individuals & helping the disadvantaged in the community. We achieve this by running a Library, a cafe, a charity shop, community projects created by the community, arts and crafts, I.T, intergenerational work, intro friendships &Volunteering

Working with multi age groups stimulate a healthy community with sporting initiative, a timetable of events from, weddings, christenings, birthday parties, midnight activity programme, School bus runs, education classes and courses from, computers, digital photography, breast-feeding, craft club, Monday club work programme, football team, netball team, and a successful walking bus programme.

Provides out-of-school-hours activities for school age children, e.g. Chinese Language lessons (both Mandarin and Cantonese), Chinese Dance, Calligraphy, Crafts, etc, in Leeds and Districts. We also provide Chinese language lessons for adults and promote Chinese culture amongst local community.

Provide professional development opportunities to artists and makers in Dorset.To form close ties with schools and colleges and provide grants for educational and training purposes in the field of visual arts and crafts.To support and encourage emerging artists.

To establish a Community Centre for Durham City South West and neighbourhoods, based on the work of the Lowes Barn Community Project small charity constituted in 2017. There is a rapidly growing population here which lacks such a facility. The LBCP CIO will provide a community led programme of healthy recreation and well-being for all including community activities, exercise, music, arts & crafts.

THE MAIN PURPOSES OF THE WOMEN'S INSTITUTE ORGANISATION ARE TO ENABLE WOMEN WHO ARE INTERESTED IN ISSUES ASSOCIATED WITH RURAL LIFE, INCLUDING ARTS, CRAFTS AND SCIENCES TO IMPROVE AND DEVELOP CONDITIONS OF RURAL LIFE, TO ADVANCE THEIR EDUCATION IN CITIZENSHIP, IN PUBLIC QUESTIONS BOTH NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL, IN MUSIC, DRAMA AND OTHER CULTURAL SUBJECTS AND IN ALL BRANCHES OF AGRICULTURE ETC.

To advance art and education and promote good citizenship for the public benefit by the creation, erection and maintenance of a sculpture of an Avro Lancaster bomber close to the boundary of Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire

To promote and advance agriculture, horticulture, forestry, farming, the breeding and rearing of livestock, rural crafts and allied industries.

The advancement of education in Bushey and district by the provision of a community museum and art gallery and local studies centre with material of archaeological, historical, artistic and social interest.

The charity provides a focal point for the community of Morvah and surrounding district. It provides educational and leisure workshops for all ages. We provide concerts, poetry, talks and films. We have strong links to the art and crafts and provide a showcase in the gallery and coffee shop to emerging artists. The schoolhouse is the polling station for Morvah at election times.

The centre is use most evenings by the youth of the area. Keeping the children of the roads occuping them with games, arts and crafts, pool, Wii's, computers and other activities. Most days are taken up by the adults - slimming club, coffee mornings etc During school holidays the centre is use by the children, where volunteers and parents along with bought in activities keep them occupied.

HOPS supports people to deal with stress, reduce social isolation and improve wellbeing. Offering holistic therapies and therapeutic activities we support unpaid carers, older people, individuals with chronic health conditions and those living through difficult circumstances.Massage, Reiki and Reflexology therapies are complemented by group activity sessions (yoga, meditation, crafts, singing).

The Sussex Guild continue to run the dedicated events room at The Sussex Guild Shop, Southover Grange, Lewes. Events undertaken include courses, instructional workshops and demonstration of crafts. Instructional demonstrations are also run at selected craft shows and at an annual event at the Shop.

The Stanton Guildhouse Trust is a charitable organisation which exists to promote traditionalarts and crafts, and to provide a restful centre for education, meditation and training.

WE WORK WITH ARTISTS AND TEACHERS IN STATE PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN LONDON TO DEVELOP AND DELIVER PROGRAMMES WHICH:- ABSORB AND INSPIRE CHILDREN'S IMAGINATION- INTRODUCE THEM TO A TREASURE TROVE OF STORIES AND SONGS FROM AROUND THE WORLD - DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS IN PERFORMANCE AND VISUAL ARTS - GROW THEIR CONFIDENCE, SELF-EXPRESSION AND ENJOYMENT IN USING AND EXTENDING THEIR LANGUAGE.

The promotion of the arts, principally but not exclusively, by the production and presentation of plays, musicals and other events that encourage the Arts for the public benefit.

We promote excellence in the field of the crafts. We have annual exhibitions, and actively support new graduates through our licentiate scheme. Our premises now include a gallery space where members can exhibit and sell their work, and attend member events, workshops and seminars.

We are a pre-school running 7 sessions per week from Monday to Friday for children aged 2-5 years, term time only. We have a learning through play structure, with painting, play dough, physical play, drawing plus much more. Fully qualified staff run the sessions.
