Religious and community activities

Promoting in the ecclesiastical parish the whole mission of the church: pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical. Enabling people to live out their faith by developing their knowledge of the gospel, providing pastoral care and a focal point for community activities open to all. Providing financial and prayer support to home and overseas mission agencies and charities.

White Hill Centre provides facilities for recreation, leisure and education for the benefit of Chesham and the neighbouring areas. Our policy is to offer use of premises at very competitive rates with commitment to continue doing so as part of its service to the community.

Free and impartial advice on benefit entitlement and associated problems.

Our main aim is to provide facilities for social welfare, recreation and leisure time with the purpose to improve conditions of life for all the people of Pebsham and the surrounding area. This years initiatives include Pensioners lunch club meals, library facilities, neighbourhood watch scheme, new start up of Kidscape for children minders within area and childrens party facilities within halls.

Provision of regular acts of worship which are open to all.Provision of sacred space for prayer and contemplation.Provision of clubs and activities for parents and toddlers, children age 5-11, young people and adults, open to all. Church for worship and other community activities

The principal charitable activity is to maintain and manage a community centre - the Pinner Village Hall - for the benefit of the inhabitants of Pinner, without distinction of any kind, and in accordance with the provisions contained in the governing constitution of the Association.

Funds part-time staff to co-ordinate bookings and liaise with those attending the centre. Run events for older residents Lunch Club, Bingo. Hirings for local clubs - Pilates, Friendship Club, Children?s Club, PHAB club, Slimming World, Social Groups, Youth clubs local church groups. Hired to individuals for family parties etc. Holidays activities for children of all ages.

To advance education and provide leisure facilities for the population of Great and Little Bookham and the surrounding communities. This is facilitated by managing the Old Barn Hall Community complex, publishing the Bookhams Bulletin and organising Village Day and other community activities.

To provide training and workshops for the local community and accommodation for local user groups including dance, mother and toddler, karate and fitness

We are a charitable company working for the benefit of the inhabitants of West Hampstead and providing a Community Centre.

Our mission is to improve the quality of life for the residents of Allen's Cross and surrounding neighbourhood; aiming to bring together residents, businesses, statutory authorities, voluntary and other organisations to make social, educational and leisure facilities available to all.

Kenilworth Round Table raise funds through community activities, most notably the Fireworks Gala and Santa Floats. These funds are then distributed to charitable and good causes in the Kenilworth area.

Regular Weekly List. Carpet Bowls, Zumba, Zumba Gold, Keep Fit, Tea Dance, Simply Social & Slimming World.We also have had Courses, Funeral Teas, and other events.

Religious and community activities maintained throughout the week, not only Sundays. Church premises open each weekday from 9.30am to 5.00pm and for various evening activities offering an active Christian presence and community support for all then, and at other times as appropriate.

We provide quality Early Years Education and childcare for 2 to 5 year olds

Women Group including Coffee Morning, Study Circle, Pensioners Club, regular Spiritual Activities, Accredited/Vocational Employ-ability Training, English ESOL, Youth Activities, After School Club, Weekend Supplementary Classes, School Holiday Programme, NHS Healthy Programme,Community Gardening project. We also provide facilities for Black and Minority Ethnic Group which are culturally sensitive.

The Centre is seen as somewhere local people of all ages and capabilities can pursue leisure and recreational pastimes as well as offering the kind of environment where they can learn new skills.
