Associations Charities That specialise in Fraternal societies

We are a small area of a larger body Grand Lodge of England. We raise funds for the benefit of others, through small education grants, gifts to elderly people we are aware of and raise funds for other charitable causes and bodies. We will raise funds for 1 main charity each year and also make grants to individuals and on occasions small organisations.

Masonic Charity

Makes donations from money donated by members or interest received from bank a/c or building society a/c mainly to masonic interests but not exclusively so.

THE ALMONER'S FUND IS TO BE APPLIED IN THE RELIEF OF POOR AND DISTRESSED MASONS, OR THEIR POOR AND DISTRESSED WIDOWS, OR CHILDREN AND TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH MASONIC CHARITIES OR OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS, SOCIETIES AND OBJECTS AS THE LODGE SHALL IN DULY CONSTITUTED MEETING FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT.

We donate money to Masonic and non Masonic Charitys

THE FUNCTIONS OF THE ORDER ARE SOCIAL AND BENEVOLENT AND ITS OBJECTS ARE TO ASSIST NECESSITOUS MEMBERS AND THE WIDOWS AND ORPHANS OF DECEASED MEMBERS. TO SUPPORT SUCH EXTERNAL PHILANTHROPIC AND CHARITABLE OBJECTS AT BOTH NATIONAL AND LOCAL LEVELS AS MAY BE DEEMED DESIRABLE.

FOR THE BENEFIT OF DISTRESSED FREEMASONS AND WIDOWS CHILDREN OR SUCH MASONIC CHARITIES OR INSTITUTIONS ,SOCIETIES OR OBJECTS AS THE ERA LODGE NO 1423 SHALL DIRECT.

Benevolent donations to members of Southport & District RAOB GLE.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR POOR AND DISTRESSED MEMBERS OF THUNDERSLEY LODGE OR THEIR POOR AND DISTRESSED WIDOWS AND CHILDREN AND TO BENEFIT MASONIC CHARITIES AND OTHER CHARITABLE SOCIETIES

Provide support and assistance to masonic and none masonic individuals or organisations

General

GRANTS TO INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS OF THE RAOB FOR NECESSITOUS PURPOSES. DEATH GRANTS TO BEREAVED FAMILIES TO ASSIST WITH FUNERAL EXPENSES. CONVALESCENT GRANTS FOR MEMBERS GOING ON CONVALESCENT STAY AT THE RAOB CONVALESCENT HOMES. BENEVOLENT FUND IS AVAILABLE TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE RAOB MERSEY PROVINCE WHO ARE IN FULL FINANCIAL COMPLIANCE. THE FUND ALSO ASSISTS WIDOWS IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES.

owing to the age of our members we have no charity activaties.

It has no specific activities but through prudent investment adds to its capital sum in order to be able to assist Masonic Brethren who are in need, and to assist other charitable organisations whom the trustees feel warrant assistance.

Raising money as a result of the activities organized by Priory Lodge and contributions from its members for charitable purposes.

Assistance to widows or dependents of deceased members of the GEB and assistance to members of the GEB who are in distress.

Donations to masonic and local charities.

Donations to Dame Alice Owens School. Donations to Charitable bodies including Masonic Trust for Boys and Girls.

To give relief, where necessary, to members, wives, partners and their children. Also to support the Masonic Charity Fund (MCF).

Hold fund raising events and assist childrens charities

The relief of such poor and distressed Brother Masons or their poor and distressed widows and children or to or for the benefit of such Masonic charities or other charitable institutions, societies and objects as the lodge may from time to time direct.
