Our charity provides educational and recreational opportunities for our children and young people with special needs and disabilities, over and above that which is statutorily provided. We raise money for specific projects that enhance our provision for our students and offer them the best opportunities.

Raise funds for the benefit of Crowborough Hospital, its patients and staff; maintain a hospital shop, operate a Social Day Service at the Hospital Day Centre, and provide transport through 2 wheelchair accessible vehicles utilising volunteer drivers.

To support learning, literacy, school facilities, nutrition, vocational skilling, and health of students, especially girls, at primary schools (particularly St Michael's Girls) and a secondary school within Bugweri District. To offer grants and financial aid in partnership with school managements. We support skilling of young adults under 30 years old working with registered local NGOs.

The charity raises money for use in the hospital to provide extra equipment and other items for the benefit of both the patients and staff.

The charity did not operate in 2011. In 2012, the charity will obtain donations and disburse them amongst religious and educational establishments. Occasionally donations will be made directly to families known to be living in poverty.

We run a gift shop on the pier, and operate the entrance kiosk, both manned by a team of volunteers under the leadership of our volunteer coordinator. The profits from our gift shop are used to fund specific projects on the pier. The money raised at the entrance kiosk is passed directly to Bangor City Council to fund ongoing pier maintenance, ensuring a safe future for the pier.

Trust funds to be applied for the following objects : - to assist in the conservation and protection of the natural environment and endangered species particularly within Wildlife Conservation Areas/Parks in southern Africa; and- to assist in relieving poverty and advancing education within such Parks

Lee Hub Independent Community Library aims to deliver a Community Library, Community Cafe and meetings space for social activities, health & wellbeing programmes.

The support of the advancement of orthodox Jewish education and the orthodox Jewish faith by making grants to the Ohel Torah Talmudical College in Israel.

FSCC raises money for the advancement of the charitable work carried on at the Spafford Childrens Center of Jerusalem in the state of Israel, being a centre providing care, treatment and education to children. All money raised is sent to SCC except the small proportion spent on administration and book keeping.

To support The Christian Hospital Quetta, Pakistan and its outreach clinics in relieving sickness and to advance the education of those working in the hospital. We distribute funds to subsidize the treatment of patients who are too poor to pay and to help the hospital to meet capital expenditure in improvement of facilities and purchase of essential medical equipment.

To advance the education of pupils in the school in particular by developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school and engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

The Friend's exists to support the work of St Mary's Hospital through grants for equipment not available from NHS Funds and to improve facilities for patients. It runs a Hospital Shop (Newspapers, magazines, cards, sweets and soft drinks) a Cafe and Tea Bar staffed by a mixture of paid staff and volunteers. It holds an annual Bazaar and raffle and holds flag days to raise funds.

RAISING MONEY TO BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE UPKEEP OF GLOUCESTER CATHEDRAL AND SUPPORTING THE RELIGIOUS AND MUSICAL STANDARDS OF THE CATHEDRAL CHURCH.

Fundraising to support Torre Abbey and its collections

1. Promote conservation, protection, improvement and biodiversity of the physical and natural environment of Clapham Common; and 2. To provide or assist in the provision of facilities and activities for the benefit of the inhabitants of south west London in particular but not exclusively by the preservation, promotion, support, assistance and improvement of Clapham Common.

The objective of the CIO is the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment of the Lower Derwent Valley.

The objects of the CIO are the preservation, repair, maintenance, restoration and improvement of the fabric of Pershore Abbey at Pershore, Worcestershire including its furniture, ornaments and contents for the benefit of the public.

Raising funds for the benefit of patients and staff of the Whipps Cross University Hospital

Friends of Thorngrove Charity is focused on the following :- Raise money for the items that can be donated to Thorngrove School for the educational enhancement of the pupils- Raise monies for nominated national and local charities- Act as a focal point for social events that will foster a community spirit with parents, teachers and pupils

To bring comfort to patients and brighten their lives; To Help and encourage staff and enhance the good reputation of the Hospital.

To relieve poverty and sickness particularly by providing financial and other assistance to the Israeli charity known as Ezer Mizion whose main objects are the aid and support of the sick and needy in Israel.

The charity raises funds to support the advancement of orthodox Jewish education, in particular that undertaken by Kollel Nefesh HaChaim, a rabbinical seminary with a job placement program located in Jerusalem. Their goal is to teach students still in need of personal guidance in order to master basic learning skills, including Hebrew & Aramaic grammar, thereby achieving independence in learning.
