FOGS is a charity run by volunteer parents of children in Gilmorton Chandler Primary School. Our aim is to raise much needed funds for the school through organised events such as fairs, discos, movie nights, breakfast mornings etc. to help provide additional learning materials for the children to better their experience and education within the school.

Friends of Kingswood Prep School (FoKPS) is made up of a group of parents who work in partnership with the school to organise fundraising and social events throughout the academic year. As well as raising money for the school and other charities, these events ensure that families come together and feel welcome as part of the Kingswood community.

We encourage local people to join our organisation. We fundraise at many local events. We produce local calendars and cards, organise a fashion show, sponsored walk, annual fete, the weekly car boot site, flag day and bucket collections. Our aim is to purchase equipment to help improve the quality of life for patients at our hospital.

To enhance the education of the pupils in the school in particular by :-- developing effective relationships between the staff and parents and others associated with the school- engaging in activities and providing activities, facilities and equipment which supports the School and advance the education of the pupils, which ordinary school budgets do not stretch to.

The trust raises funds in the United Kingdom for St Marks College in South Africa from friends of the school, former pupils or teachers in the UK, companies, charities and individuals.

FORS was established as a parent teacher association on December 7th, 2012 and was granted charity status on May 21, 2013. We are a charity whom organise fundraising activites on behalf of Great Binfields Primary School. The main activities are a Summer BBQ and Christmas Fayre but we also organise other smaller fundraising ideas throughout the school year.
