RUN PTA EVENTS TO RAISE MONEY FOR F&B INFANTS SCHOOL, SAWBRIDGEWORTH

THE FRIENDS OF ST MARY'S CHURCH STEVINGTON IS A CHARITABLE ORGANISATION ESTABLISHED BY TRUST DEED IN SEPTEMBER 2010 FOR THE PURPOSE OF RAISING FUNDS FOR THE PRESERVATION AND REPAIR OF THE PARISH CHURCH AND CHURCH ROOM OF STEVINGTON. FUNDS ARE RAISED BY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION AND BY VARIOUS FUND RAISING EVENTS ORGANISED BY THE COMMITTEE OF TRUSTEES AND INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS AS APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES.

Fundraising via winter supper, ball, bike trial, swimming pool donations, cake sales, bingo, street fair, commission sales, tombolas, gift aid and other ad hoc events.

Fundraising activities to provide and assist in the provision of such facilities or items for education at the school, not provided from statutory funds.Engage in activities which support the school and advance the education of the pupils attending it. Develop more extended relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school.

Fosbees raises vital funds to aid the running of the school. We do this by holding events such as bazaars, fetes and discos. We also support the school in helping them put on sponsored events.

We raise funds for the upkeep and preservation of Newland "AllSaints" Church in Gloucestershire.
