The PTFA works with Parkfield School, parent and pupils and the local community to put on a range of events and activities such as school fairs and discos. These help to build the school community, breakdown barriers and help fundraise. We use the funds to purchase a range of goods and services that help advance the education of the children at Parkfield.

To raise funds for our school. For example cake sales, craft activity after school events and seasonal fayres and fetes.

We are a school pta who arrange discos, summer fairs, raffles etc to help raise funds for the school ie school trips, improve the playground, etc

General Charitable purposes

The objective of the Friends of Yorke Mead is to advance the education of the pupils of Yorke Mead JMI School, by developing relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school, by engaging in activities which support the school, and by providing facilities or items for education at the school in consultation with the Governing Body.

We raise money through events closely linked to the school. All monies raised are put towards the enhancement of the childrens' experiences at school.

Raises extra funds for primary school by organising events which involve the school children, and their parents/carers and their teachers.

FASCOH raises money for the church buildings, churchyard and environment in the Parish of All Saints Old Heathfield and St Georges Broad Oak

Monies are raised for the Association through fund raising events, many of which were occasions when parents, pupils and staff could come together socially. For example a Summer Fayre, a Christmas Fayre, a firework display, a general knowledge quiz, a golf day, several second hand uniform sales, and cake and chocolate sales.

The charity is raising funds to build a centre for the sick children of Carmarthenshire.Canolfan Plant Sir Gar. This will provide a modern, child and family friendly environment where doctors, nurses and therapists can offer assessment and treatment to children and young people with complex medical and disabling conditions, and give advice and support to them and their families.

Supporting young musicians in the Lancashire County Ensembles through funding projects, resources and activities and supporting individual young people where finances are a barrier to participation.
