FODS was formed by the governors of Dawpool C of E (Aided) Primary School to raise funds for the school. FODS raises 10% of all money required for the upkeep,maintenance and improvement of the school building and also raises money for awards,trips,social events,equipment etc etc that the school requests.

The Charity is based in warwickshire and is the Parent and Teachers Association of Newburgh Primary School. We run events such as Easter, Christmas and Summer fairs, recycle days, film nights, discos etc, to raise funds. The funds are then spent on activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

Fundraising for Steyning Primary School

St Bartholomew's Church enjoys a unique position in the historic town of Lostwithiel and in the affections of the public beyond the church's immediate congregation. The Friends of St Bartholomew's Church Lostwithiel (FOSB) run cultural and educational fundraising events and seek regular sustainable donations to maintain this lovely church for the benefit of our own and future generations.

A group of volunteers who have come together to maintain and improve a local park (known as the Fishpond Park due to the presence of the fishpond which is an important feature in the park). The work primarily involves general gardening and maintenance of the grounds for the benefit of the local community. The volunteers meet on Saturday mornings and during the summer on additional evenings.

The charity raises money by fundraising and receiving donations, specifically for the purchase of art and meet expenses to stage exhibitions in the gallery. These activities allow the public, both local and visiting, together with schools over a wide area to appreciate a diverse range and variety of art.

The Chamber Music festival provides several concerts a year at a Festival usually at the end of March. They also give a "friends of the Festival" special concert at the end of the year.During the year the artists visit local primary schools and care homes to give presentations and educational experiences to children and elderly people. This has proved to be very successful.
