Our events are run both entirely for our own fund raising purposes or in conjunction with other like minded organisations. We have no specific limitations on who we do support or who we not support.

An endowed charity restricted to giving it's income to the schools and young persons for educational purposes in the Old Borough of Darwen in Lancashire.

Sponsoring and managing events, arranging collections and receiving donations for fund raising. Making donations in cash or kind, activities for disadvantaged young and old people, educational events for young people of all abilities, educational links with overseas students, helping to sponsor international aid projects where needed. Managing 4 'in-house' trusts.

The purpose of the Trust is that the investments and monies of the Club, devoted to charitable objects, are to be applied to or for the relief of the poor and needy or to be for such other charitable purpose, institution, society or object as the Club shall direct.The Trust Fund is operated on a voluntary basis and no remuneration is paid to Trustees or any other member of the Club.

The charity supports the worldwide charitable activities of the Rotary movement, raising funds for worthy causes and providing assistance to the needy in the local community.
