General activities directed by the Scout's Association for the welfare and development of young boys and girls in the area between the ages of 4 and 18

To promote the development of young people in achieveing their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential. This is done through the provision of an enjoyable and attractive scheme of progressive training, based on the Scout Promise and Law, and guided by adult leadership.
