The Lowestoft & District Scout Association provides management and support to the individual scout groups within the District. In addition it provides and manages the District Campsite facility at Herringfleet near Lowestoft.

Lilford District Scout Council operates within the Policy, Organisation and Rules of the Scout Association. It encompasses 11 Scout Groups and 5 ESUs within the District covering Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorer and Network scouts. Total head count for the District is 745 including 622 young people (age range 5-18) and 123 leaders and helpers including District Administration.

2nd Rhiwbina Scout group provides youth activities for young people, including camping and hiking. We operate from the scout hall off Lon Ucha, in Rhiwbina. We are a thriving group of 2 beaver colonies, 2 cub packs and a scout section, and offer a packed schedule of activities throughout the year.

This charity provides adult leaders and helpers who, after appropriate training, enable boys and girls between the ages of six and 14 to become members of the worldwide scouting organisation and to take part in programmes of weekly meetings and varied outdoor and indoor pursuits.
