Panahghar exists to provide a range of direct and indirect services and activities to primarily but not solely to BAMER (Black Asian Minority Ethnic and Refugee) communities and primarily to Asian women and their children and families to alleviate domestic violence, abuse and poverty on a local national and international level.

The Chairty's objectives are for the public benefit, anywhere in the world to advance education, prevent and relieve poverty and to relieve unemployment, (including those with little or no education, survivors of human trafficking, people with disabilities, refugees and migrants). Revive Darul Arqam carries out humanitarian aid work, specialising in helping refugees from Syria, Turkey and Yemen.
