The charity provides small grants to further educational and vocational training of children and young people resident of Marske & New Forest. It supports sick, and vulnerable people within its geographical boundaries. It supports initiatives beneficial to village residents .Applications are considered in May &November . Please apply in writing to the clerk by the end of the preceding month.

The charity provides assistance and financial relief in the payment of pressing debts, and the purchase of necessary items required for people eligible in the parish, often elderly, or single parents. Assistance can also be given for travelling expenses and the needs of children.

Provide mother tongue Bengali & supplimentary classes for young Bangladeshi children. Organise summer play scheme & cultural activities. Organise training, workshops, seminar, conference for staff, volunteers, youths & parents. Provide health class, day trips, luncheon club, advocacy service for elderly Bangladeshi people.

Charity operates in Burnham on Sea and Highbridge area. Generally involved over last few years in giving grants to school children to go on school trips where their parents cannot afford the same.

In conjunction with Cowslades Educational Charity, providing assistance by way of financial grants for the education, including social and physical training, of school children and young persons under the age of 25 years resident in the Newbury area of benefit, which is not normally provided by the local education authority.

It provides help and support to children and young people up to the age of 23 years for those living or working in Hounslow and neighobouring boroughs for education training and sport by making grants to individuals and organisations, paying fees and sponsoring events so as to develop their physical and mental capacities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society.

Childrens Wish brings smiles to the faces of sick and dying children, by providing an experience of a lifetime in the form of the child's favorite wish being fulfilled.

Our Club, people aged 16 and over with learning disabilities, we meet once a week at the Club Venue, where we organise a variety of activities for members, some of which we conduct ourselves, and others where we invite third party specialists to conduct for us, Dancing, Live music, Keep Fit, etc. However, we also take members out for Meals, Theatre, Discos, Pub visits, etc. Our club is for members

(1) GRANTING OF PRIZES AND REWARDS TO CHILDREN WHO ARE AND HAVE FOR NOT LESS THAN 2 YEARS BEEN SCHOLARS IN THE PUBLIC ELEMENARY SCHOOL IN THE PARISH OF SOUTH CAVE,(2) FOR THE MAINTANCE AND REPAIR OF FABRIC FOR THE CHURCHES OF SOUTH CAVE AND BROOMFLEET AND MAINTENANCES OF THE SERVICES AND FURNITURE.(3) TO THE TRUSTEES OF THE CHARITY OF SAMUEL JOBSON FOR THE POOR.

Small educational grants to families of children, generally when moving to, or in, Secondary Education, in consultation with local Headteachers in Davyhulme and Urmston (Trafford MBC)

To pay or contribute towards holidays for needy children resident in or attending school in Brockham including making grants or providing facilities for adults accompanying such children.

Support for Christian activities involving children and young people in Cumbria and N. W. England. This support may take the form of direct cash grants, Christian books etc.

The trustees collect the income from the capital invested and divide this, in accordance with the will of John Dyer deceased, two thirds to Kenning Hall and one third to Blo Norton, both parishes in Norfolk. This income is used in or towards the education of children by payment of scholarships or exhibitions.

Provided each year a small version of The Bedingfield Education Endowment Award cup to a child to keep in each Primary School in the three Parishes. The child is selected by the school staff as making the most educational progress in the year. Also awards to one deserving person in the three parishes when funds permit . Parishes of operation in county of Kent, Smeeth, Lyminge and Dymchurch.

This trust is for the support of 'orphaned children in need' by means of small monetary grants. The children should be under the age of twenty-one and bereaved of one or both parents. Generally they will be children in full time education and grants are given particularly to support educational needs or more basic requirements such as clothing costs,

'FURTHERING THE EDUCATION OF THE CHILDREN OF THE POOR IN THE PARISH OF MILTON... IN THE PRINCIPLES OF TRUE RELIGION AND USEFUL KNOWLEDGE.' IN PRACTICE THIS IS INTERPRETED AS PROVIDING FUNDS TO ASSIST THE CHURCH'S WORK WITH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, AND ASSISTING WITH ANY CASE OF EDUCATION-RELATED GENUINE HARDSHIP WITHIN THE PARISH OF MILTON THAT IS BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF THE TRUSTEES.

We provide library access to toys and games and equipment for babies and young children, via a membership scheme. Made available to individuals and voluntary organisations mainly local to Newport (Shropshire) but individuals can be from surrounding areas.

Charity gives one off grants to young adults who live in the village of Kirkby Overblow who are starting university to help towards books or equipment needed for the course. It also gives grants to the local primary school to help children to go on educational trips.

The Haughton Gardiner Trust is in the process of being transferred to the York Children and Young Person's Fund which is the responsibility of the Two Ridings Community Foundation

The relief of such poor and distressed Brother Masons or their poor and distressed widows and children or to or for the benefit of such Masonic charities or other charitable institutions, societies and objects as the lodge may from time to time direct.

WE CONTINUE TO PROVIDE CREATIVE PLAY OPPORTUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR AND YOUNG VOLUNTEERS CONTINUE TO BE THE DRIVING FORCE. COUNTRYSIDE AND SEA SIDE VISITS, OVER NIGHT CAMPING AND RESIDENTIAL ACTIVITY HAVE BEEN HUGELY BENEFICIAL TO PROMOTING HEALTH AND WELL BEING AND WE CONTINUE TO PROMOTE INCLUSIVE WORK SENSITIVE TO THE NEEDS OF THE INDIVIDUAL CHILD OR YOUNG PERSON.

Charity run Community Centre there to create a safe play environment and Community Centre for children of Llanfaes and surrounding area. Fund raising activities to fund various items of play equipment.
