Welsh Heritage Schools Initiative encourages young people (age 5-19) in schools: primary, secondary, special schools for children with special needs, 6th form colleges, is appreciate Welsh heritage, help to preserve it, record and contribute to it involving their communities. WHSI raise money to award prizes for heritage projects by schools participating in the initiative.

Bath Mencap is affiliated to National Mencap. In order to help those with learning disabilities live a fulfilled life, and to support relatives and carers, we provide a number of social activities for adults and children. Save a Child contributes to the maintenance and education of deprived children in India through one-to-one sponsorship at several well established homes in Delhi, Kolkata and rural West Bengal. SaC also sponsors students who have left the home and are pursuing further education. SaC's children come from a variety of backgrounds-all need a second, better chance in life.

Meldreth Village Hall provides local, affordable facilities for a wide range of activities supporting all age groups. It offers an excellent venue for key activities such as Babies and Toddlers' Groups, Table Tennis, Local History Society, Children's parties, WI, Keep fit, Dancing, family parties. All these activities are essential to the maintenance and development of village life.

Fund raising to provide the extras for the children at the school in terms of education and social time. Also to run many events including Summer Fairs, Christmas Fairs for the children and parents to enjoy.

We operate Daverson Hall, Open to the community to hire in order to advance community cohesion.The venue is used as a polling station. As well this the premises are used by :- Fitness Groups, Weight Management and lifestyle groups, Child development, Martial Arts, Community Socialising groups. The Charity is also raising money for the provision of Defibrillators for the locality.

The charity is the parent-teacher association for St Mary's Church of England primary school. It makes grants to organisations to buy resources to enhance the children's school activities.

The Charity's main aim is to provide summer holidays and activities for underprivileged children in the countryside at their premises in Oxfordshire. The children are taken on outings to various locations and also are given the opportunity to take part in sports and outdoor leisure activities such as swimming an playing tennis.

The Mothers' Union provides Christian care for families worldwide. In the Bath & Wells Diocese in 2018 we had 1141 members. We have three Child Contact Centres and a Passionate about Parenting project; we provide Away From It All Holidays for families in adversity; we provide knitted and sewn items for local special baby units and residential homes; and support the Mothers' Union work worldwide.

Provides grants for educational/life skills development and sport to children/young people under the age of 25. Provides building and recreation space in the community.

We have approx. 40 groups who hire the Oulton Community Centre on a regular basis for meetings and activities. A member of each group is invited to attend our association meetings. The Centre is also hired out for adult and children's parties.

Provides and maintains a community building offering an affordable and suitable venue for a variety of groups in the local community. Particular emphasis is placed on activities for the elderly people with disabilities or learning difficulties, the young and children and their parents.
