Children who attend Stick 'n' Step all have cerebral palsy and other related motor disorders. They come from across the North West of England and North Wales to access our free conductive education sessions. Conductive Education (CE) is based on the premise that people with motor disorders learn best when teaching is tailored to their specific strengths and needs.

We are fortunate to have large spacious premises where children have ample space to play and explore. We have a permanently equipped classroom with high quality of facilities for all children. HWA supports women, children & young people that are suffering or have suffered domestic abuse to establish safe independent lives. Core work is delivered in a secure refuge for women & children. Support is also delivered on outreach basis to women, children & young people. HWA delivers training and awareness raising programmes and also works in partnership with statutory and voluntary bodies.

FAB provide peer support services offering evidenced based information & support to help improve health & well-being within families.

The Centre offers a range of affordable & accessible sports, community and leisure activities for the communities of Southwark and Lambeth; Facilities include a sports hall, gymnasium, 4 outdoor sports courts, cycling studio, therapy room. Activities provided include tennis, community football sessions for children and young people, netball, sports camps during school holidays

Working with disadvantaged and vulnerable women, girls and families including those: experiencing domestic violence & abuse; with children in care; seeking asylum or refugees; with learning disabilities; with complex needs or mental health and wellbeing needs; who are pregnant or parents. We specialise in group work, peer support, and providing one-to-one support taking a trauma-informed approach.
