We provide support and services to people with an acquired brain injury, their families and carers in south east Wales.

Our mission is to break the cycle of poverty through education, empowerment and enterprise at the heart of the community.EFTC works in partnership with disadvantaged families, children and young adults in Guatemala, Central America to ensure they develop the tools they need to make positive choices and build a brighter future for themselves.

Its activities are directed to children and young people without the support of families and in need, children and young people at risk. In addition to children and young people, the charity also provides assistance to people with disabilities, the aged, the vulnerable and individuals, families communities and groups who are in need.

We are dedicated to raising funds to provide psychological support for children and young people with brain and CNS tumours and their families. This includes provision of clinical psychologists in children's hospitals, provision of professional and family information via a resources hub, family support and professional development to improve standards of support for families.

Our delivery method is gendered, individual and holistic offering a 'one stop shop' service to women in Stockport.We support, empower and educate women to improve their well-being and physical and mental health enabling them to have improved life chances for themselves and their families.

The charity invites applications from the Frank Brake Family for funding of worthy registered charities each year with a particular emphasis on local charities where the family knows the charity's representative. The applications are reviewed against these criteria and if approved, the funds are released.

Established in 2003, the NFF represents the views, needs and 'lived experience' of families of serving personnel to their respective Chains of Command (CoC), central Government, Other Government Departments, and other key stakeholders. It provides a 'voice' to Naval Service families which informs decision-making about issues that affect them.

Acorns offers a range of trauma informed support and therapeutic recovery services to address the impact of domestic abuse and violence on children, young people and families.

The Under 5's Project is a Nature lead nursery in an urban area, we support families with children from ages 8 months to 5 years. We are passionate advocates for equality for all, and offer extra support to families and children with special educational, medical needs and disabilities. Our aim is to provide an exceptional early years experience that is assessable to all.

Provision of Childcare and community services to families in West Croydon (Broad Green) area

The objectives and principal activities of the charity are to provide relief for people affected by leukaemia. The charity is committed to providing 'Karen's Home from Home' for family members of those undergoing treatment at Hammersmith and other UK hospitals and for providing other appropriate support for haematology patients at leading UK hospitals.

Supporting families with young children.

To support young people aged 8 to 25 that provides substantial care for a family member with: an illness, a disability, mental health issue, substance misuse issue OR that worries about drug or alcohol use in your family. We offer 121 and group sessions that provide a space for young people to discuss issues that relate to them and also to socialise and meet young people in similar situations.

Support for people in ministry at times of stress or crisis. Retreat and education resources open to everyone. Self-catering accommodation for schools, churches, community, family and special needs groups.

Ocean Family Foundation funds and actively supports a variety of sustainable marine conservation programs

The relief of sickness among children suffering from cancer by the provision of emotional and practical support that complements and adds value to the services provided by the statutory authorities with the object of improving their conditions of life and those of their families or carers.

To deliver support services and facilities for Bromyard and surrounding areas

Sailors' Children's Society provides help to seafarers' children after a traumatic event such as bereavement/loss, diagnosis of terminal illness or breakdown of a marital relationship. Help includes clothing and children's welfare grants, respite breaks, emotional support and links to other specialist organisations for additional help. We aim to let children be children during difficult times.

The provision of facilities for playing sports at the Coram's Fields site and the promotion of the recreation, welfare or education of children and their families.

Sparkle (South Wales) Limited under appeal name "the Sparkle Appeal" provides sporting, leisure and support services for the 1200 children with complex disabilities in the Gwent areas and their families. It provides many enhanced services for children with wide ranging disabilities and supports provision of treatment, consultation, care, leisure and information all under one roof.

ACITIVITES HAVE INCLUDED GP LECTURES, GP TRAINING MODULES AND WRITTEN ARTICLES IN VAIROUS MEDIA.

To advance the education and general understanding of the public concerning life-threatening allergies and associated disorders. To protect the health of people who suffer severe allergic reactions by providing help and information to them, their families and friends and to promote research into the cause and care of severe allergic conditions and to publish the results of such research.
