We are dedicated to providing counselling & support to adults, young people, children & families disadvantaged by life circumstances and experiences that effect their personal safety and emotional wellbeing. We provide individual 'face to face' - Telephone & MS Teams counselling sessions & also group therapy from our main operational base and outreach rooms throughout Warwickshire.

Social, recreational, educational and healthy living support for older people with a disability and people experiencing dementia. Support for people with long-term mental health problems to gain access to activities and services in the community. Community development through administering Harmony Hall, a multicultural family centre. The provision in the interests of social welfare of facilities.

Organise events and band concerts in Ropner Park. Provide healthy home baked food and snacks in the cafe. Encourage recreational use of the park by individuals, families and groups. Encourage art, photographic groups and schools to use the park, portray their favourite scenes, and to display their work in the cafe if they wish. Liase with Stockton Council on future works and events within the park

Recipient charities will consist mainly of those involved with education and health (particularly in Greater Manchester) but other community causes will also be considered

Sandwell Young Carers is a registered charity set up to identify and support children and young people aged 5-18 years of age whose health, education and social lives are affected as a result of caring for a dependent family member.The organisation offers one to one and group support along with onsite youth and play sessions and offsite day trips to give young carers a break.

Ashford Christian Fellowship, which trades as Bright City Church, is a Free Church and member of the Evangelical Alliance. We are a family of people from all over the world who love Jesus. At Ducklings Pre-school we provide child-led, early years education for children from the ages of 2 to 5 years. We work in partnership with families to enhance the lives and experiences of the children in our care. Running an independent cancer support centre based in Romsey which provides emotional support for adults, including patients, family members and carers. The centre is open 5 days a week and services are provided free of charge. Our services include counselling, complementary therapies, meditation, information, clinics for finance, welfare and legal advice, and special interest groups.

Hope Support Services is a Herefordshire charity set up to support young people & children when a close family member is diagnosed with a life threatening illness. From the moment of diagnosis support is immediate, preventative and continuing. It could be online or in person, depending on location in UK.Our vision is to build a foundation of support for young people within their own community.

The community centre runs a pre-school, a lunch club for the elderly, and a coffee bar is open during the day serving meals, drinks and snacks. The centre hires out a function room for the use of local clubs and organisations, and to the local family centre. The centre is a source of general information and advice.

Y Bont provides specialist care and support to children with disabilities aged 6 weeks to 12 years. Not only do we support the children, but we support the families, siblings, carers and other supporters of the child with family sessions, events, advice and support should they need it.

Home-Start is a voluntary oragnisation which uses volunteers to support families with at least one child from conception to 12 years at times of stress. It does this by recruiting, preparing and supporting volunteers from the local community. Taking accessing and matching referrals for families to volunteer support.

We offer support to families living in the Borough of Elmbridge in Surrey who have a child under 5 years old. Most families are referred to us by health visitors or social workers. Support is usually provided by weekly two-hour visits from a volunteer and the type of support will be decided upon by the family in consultation with the volunteer.

Sunbeams Play is an Ofsted registered charity, providing a safe, inclusive and caring environment for those with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Specialist sessions are fun, differentiated, individualised and delivered to maximise achievement. Sessions are also provided for young carers offering respite from their caring role. Training and 1-1 support is provided for parents, carers and families.

The Charity aims to meet the needs of our diverse community with the highest possible levels of care and education for 3 months-9 year olds in a secure and nurturing environment. The majority of our families are service personnel and we work to provide flexible care for all families when circumstances change and a member of the family is deployed on operational tours of duty.
