Our aim is to tackle the serious impact of loneliness and isolation among older people living in Wokingham Borough. This is primarily achieved through regular home visits from volunteers. We also coordinate social events and activities which enables our clients to build relationships with others in similar circumstances.

The Le Personne Trust provides sheltered housing for the benefit of elderly needy women in north Tandridge, Surrey, giving priority to those who are, or have been, long term residents of Caterham or, more exceptionally, for the benefit of those living further away but having family connections to Caterham and the surrounding area.

We work with all ages: provide facilities for sports & wellbeing, opportunities for arts & crafts sessions,activities for children, young people & community support. The Charity is an Almshouse providing 45 properties for occupation by older people in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire.

The provision of supported housing for older people

The Charity's objects are to advance for the public benefit such charitable purposes connected to the Roman Catholic religion in England and Wales or in other countries where the Brothers of the Sacred Heart are established. Its current aims include: supporting Catholic education in England and in Africa, caring for elderly and retired brethren, and supporting the religious community and mission.
