The charity is an educational/recreational project providing services covering environmental and community education/sports and recreation/play and youth work/elderly and special needs

The charity provides daycare facilities for the elderly and infirm in the North Shropshire area. It includes activities during the day, the option for bathing or showering, much social interaction together with meals during the day. The service is offered at cost price, with no profit margin or management costs, to ensure that it is as widely available as is practical to the beneficiary body.

The objectives of The Churchill Foundation are to support local communities as well as national charities on our chosen three core areas; The relief of sickness, disease and human suffering, the promotion of health amongst the elderly and the support and wellbeing of the young.Our main activities are to support both our partner charities and small grants.

Alms Housing for the elderly

Providing support, care and friendship for the elderly and young persons through the provision of day facilities. These offer companionship for the socially isolated, craft clubs for people with disabilities, a befriending scheme, a free mobility aid loan scheme, access to wheelchair friendly woodland walks, bird hides and an outdoor classroom facility for youth organisations and school groups.

Bethel provides opportunity for people to explore the Christian faith and how it's lived out in life offers all community activities - "cradle to the grave" including Little Acorns carer and toddler group, Little Lambs Pre-School Centre, One Way children's club, Friday Night youth club, Cornerstone senior citizens luncheon, a food bank and a furniture ministry, Knit & Natter, Craft & Chat, BIBO.

Billericay Baptist Church (BBC) operates as a church within the Billericay Area of Essex. The church meets in three separate locations across the town offering: Sunday worship services, targeted group activities for the elderly; children and young adults; families; people exploring the Christian faith; prayer; and Bible study.

Friendship at Home (FAH) CIO started in September 2006, The aim of our organisation is to help combat isolation and loneliness across NEL and to improve older people?s quality of life. Bolton Carers Support provides support for local carers over the age of 18 who look after a family member who is elderly, ill or disabled. Support is provided through the following: a carers helpline; information and advice appointments; short breaks; training; benefits advice; newsletter and factsheets. Hidden carers are identified through outreach work and work with GP practices.

Provision of welfare and day centre facilities, information and advice for elderly and needy people in Dover and surrounding areas.

The range of services and activities offered include childrens nursery and workshops, bridge, trapeze classes, dance classes for children and adults, music session for under 4's, under 4's drop-in, yoga, life drawing, seniors yoga, Open House, evening talks, narcotics anonymous, children's ballet, members bar, community choir, councillors surgeries, lunch club. We also run a community library.

A single decker bus that provides mobile youth provision in local estates, Community Action Gardening Teams for the Elderly, Befriending projects and crime prevention working with the local government and the police.
