Volunteer drivers take elderly and infirm people to various destinations including hospital, doctors, shopping & Day Centres.Good Neighbour Scheme. Volunteers visiting people in their own home to help with paperwork & to alleviate loneliness.

The Charity's objective is to relieve elderly people living within the Borough of Scarborough who are in need, in particular but not exclusively by reason of financial hardship or disability, by providing housing for rent and items, services or facilities calculated to reduce the needs of such persons. We own 40 flats which are let at less than market rents to elderly people.

Construction of homes of a reasonable standard for the elderly in the parish of St. Ouen in Jersey

The objects of the Foundation are to provide for the relief of those in need by reason of poverty, homelessness, old age, mental or physical disability or ill health by the provision of grants, items and services to individuals in need and/or organisations working to relieve such needs.

A day care centre for the elderly providing day care and transport, hot meals, refreshments, personal care (including bathing facilities, hairdressing and podiatry), social interaction, entertainment and advice.

To provide facilities for the community to use, in particular youngsters, ladies and the elderly;To offer a variety of activities and classes for our members;To make available information and advice from people outside the Charity such as such as doctors, teachers, psychologist to educate and help people; andTo raise funds to support the Charity and its work.

Provides and operates community transport for people with limited mobility (mainly the elderly and disabled), for the socially isolated, and local public bus services for environmental reasons with support from Wiltshire Council in South Wiltshire and Kennet

Provision of outdoor activities to young and elderly disadvantaged or less able people

The church is a centre for Christian Worship and service to the local, national and international community, we seek to serve the young, elderly and hanidicapped in our area and provide accommodation for local groups to meet and develop.

Our work is with children, the disabled and the elderly, providing support [material, financial and advisory] to people working with support groups to relieve the effects of poverty and disability, and to individuals with specific needs, thereby communicating the Christian Gospel by word and deed.

The church organises the following activities - Weekly: public Sunday services morning & evening; mid-week Bible study & prayer meeting; Tuesday coffee morning (principally for retired folk), children & young people's groups on Fridays (5-10), (11-13) and (14+).Quarterly : senior citizens' luncheons; services in local care homesOccasional: walks; outings;hospital transportation & visitation

Giving monetary grants to aid the elderly, sick infirmed and other persons in financial difficulties (both young and old) from the Parish of Borden, subject to the Trustees approval, it aims to help those in need.

To provide sheltered housing for elderly people in a safe environment with support and advice if required. Organise appropriate social activities for their well being.
