Fund Raising group of parents and friends of the school who run activities to raise funds for the school

The aim of the pre-school is to enhance the development and education of children primarily under statutory school age by encouraging parents to understand and provide for the needs of their children through community groups - offering appropriate play facilities and training courses. Friends of Grove School Owns, manages and runs The Birks which is an outdoor field centre located in The Duddon Valley, Cumbria.

The trust manages its property which is situated in the parish of Hampton Lucy. From the net proceeds of income, the trust makes grants for the benefit of Hampton Lucy C of E Primary School, Hampton Lucy Parish Church and to promote the education of persons under the age of 25 who are, or whose parents are resident in the parish of Hampton Lucy, and who are in need of financial assistance.
