We provide a Parent Carer Forum for Bristol; namely to be an effective strategic voice within Bristol representing families of children and young people 0 to 25 years with disabilities, special educational needs and life-limiting conditions, providing a partner to Statutory and Voluntary Agencies within Bristol.

To provide conductive education to young disabled children to help them in their everyday life and increase their self-sufficiency. To advise and teach 'hands on' parents, teachers, carers and support assistants to enable children to be more independent.

Fundraising - amongst the parents of students and alumni alongside grant applications and requests for donations from relevant trusts.

Home-Start Hampshire's Key Activities are: A. to safeguard, protect and preserve the good health, both mental and physical of children and parents of children; B. to prevent cruelty to or maltreatment of children; C. to relieve sickness, poverty and need amongst children and parents of children; D. to promote the education of the public in better standards of child care;

SPDC provides a range of play, leisure and sporting opportunities for disabled children and their families. We also provide a range of support and information for parent carers.

The charity currently provides support to parents and teachers by running parenting classes, work discussion groups and providing counselling.

Time Out Group (North West) is a member led organisation for adults (over 18) with learning disabilities/autism. We provide a range of activities that are active, educational and social that focus on the health and wellbeing of our members. We operate in the North West of England. Our services are run at our hub and in the community, providing support for our members, their parents and carers.

Project MAMA is a peer support service launched in March 2018, offering antenatal, birth and postnatal support to women who are asylum seekers, refugees, and those with irregular immigration status. We believe that every woman has the right to give birth safely, make her own empowered, evidence based choices and receive the support she needs for a positive birth and early parenting experience.

To support families with Autism Spectrum Condition or Aspergers Syndrome, whether diagnosed or not, living in Cheshire

The charity supports children and young people with disabilities and their families/carers who live in the Forest of Dean area. Support, guidance, information and sign posting are provided for parents/carers. A wide range of out of school social, leisure, sport and recreational activities are provided for children and young people with disabilities, whenever possible in an intergrated setting.

St John's is a Church of England parish church in Stanmore. Weekly services take place on Sundays (8am & 9.30am) and Tuesday (10.30am). We have a thriving Junior Church, a Youth Group, Parent & Toddler Group and Tea & Chat (a group for older people). Major festivals such as Christmas, Easter and Pentecost are celebrated during the year. Baptisms, weddings and funerals also take place.

A community swimming pool that provides swimming activities, including lessons for schools and all ages. From Lifeguard, Life Saving and other training courses, social and health activities including 55plus Club, Parent & Toddler, Aquarobics, Disability Club, Canoe Club, Ladies only swimming, public swimming and much more. We also facilitate Free Swimming for certain age groups and Familys

The Church holds Christian worship services every Sunday that are open to the public. Its other activities include Bible studies; prayer groups; youth groups; marriage and parenting classes; and making donations to Christian faith-related causes or aid charities. The Church has a market stall in Bromley town centre which provides Christian literature about the Church and Christianity in general.

The Sheffield Parent Carer Forum is a parent-run charity which brings together families with disabled children and young people (aged 0-25) in Sheffield to provide mutual support, exchange information and influence policy.

Home-Start Lambeth offers free support, friendship and practical help to families with at least one child under the age of five. Families are visited regularly in their own homes by trained volunteers who have had experience of parenting and know how difficult it can sometimes be.Since Covid there has been no face to face support for families. Rather volunteer support has moved to phone or video

Home-Start St. Helens Limited is a registered charity that offers support, friendship and practical help to families with children during difficult times in their lives. The organisation provides family support through its home visiting services, which matches parents with volunteers, who visit the family at home each week.
