St Peter's aims to promote the preaching and teaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ within the parish, and beyond its boundaries. Within Hawkenbury it conducts Church services, bible study groups, school assemblies, youth groups, parent and toddler groups and holiday activities. It seeks to maintain good relationships with other churches within the parish and town and supports missionary partners.

To enhance the development and education of children under statutory school age by encouraging parents to understand and provide for the needs of their children through community groups.

We are committed to providing a caring and stimulating environment for children to thrive and develop in. We run 4 different sessions per day including (1) Breakfast 7:45am - 9am; (2) Early Entitlement/Playgroup 9am - 11:25am; (3) Wraparound 11:30am - 3pm; and (4) Afterschool 3pm - 5:55pm. All children who join us are enrolled at Ysgol Derwen and parents/carers use our service.

Afasic is a UK wide charity that represents and helps children and young people affected by speech, language and communication needs and their families. It operates a helpline and website, runs training for parents and professionals, and organises activities for children and young people. Afasic is a membership organisation and has local groups and points of contact across the country.

The education and training of children and support to their parents in a Pre-School environment.

The Charity provides early years childcare for children aged 2,3 & 4 years. The pre-school is open Monday to Friday term time. The pre-school is located in the London Borough of Waltham Forest and provides a service within high populated diverse community. The pre-school is registered with Ofsted and the local authority. We have a strong working partnership with parents and local schools.

We are a committee run community preschool, run under PLA guidelines, popular with the local parents.We are based at our local infant school, to which most of our children will attend when they leave us.

We meet for public worship twice each Sunday and Communion is observed twice a month; there is teaching for young people during morning worship. The church run Parents & Toddlers, Messy Church, Youth Clubs, Girls' Brigade, Duke of Edinburgh scheme, and Housegroups. We run Alpha and actively participate in the Association of Romsey Churches. The premises are available for community use.
