Hope UK equips children and young people to make drug-free choices by training suitable volunteers to become Drug Educators in their own communities. The Williams Syndrome Foundation, founded in 1980, is run for parents by parents with the aim of providing information and support to for people with WS, and those who love, care for and educate them. We fund research into WS to inform and update our guidelines, webinars and publications. We provide opportunities for families to meet and share peer support, online and in person, across the UK.

We are a pre-school aiming to enhance the development and education of children under the statutory school age in a parent involved community based group. We aim to provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment, working in a framework to ensure equality of opportunities for all children and families.

The charity operate a preschool and offer wrap around care in the form of a breakfast and afterschool club for children aged up to 11 years. The charity is run by a committee of volunteer members, mainly parents of children attending the preschool. There is an appointed preschool manager responsible for the staff and daily running of the group.

Grants are made for educational activities to persons in need of financial assistance, who are under the age of 25 years and who are, or one or more of their parents are, normally resident in the Diocese of Leicester. Grants are also made to any maintained Church of England or other maintained schools within the City of Leicester or any other Church of England School in the Diocese of Leicester.

We provide childcare/education to 52 children 2 yrs to 5yrs 50 weeks each year. We especially try to help families who wish to work, train, study to improve their situation in life. We provide extra curricula activities for children such as music and drama. We provide activities for parents so they can gain information to help their families

A playgroup for children aged 2 1/2 years - 5 years old. Children take part in a wide range of activities covering the 6 areas of learning, following the early years foundation stage, which typically includes a summer trip to either Cotswold Farm Park or Hatton Park, a Christmas production, an easter egg-stravaganza for parents and children and a sports day.

To advance the education & development of the pupils at Sheen Mount Primary School by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for education & development not required to be provided by the local education authority. To foster, assist and develop the cohesion of the whole school community.

A local caring programme to the isolated, infirmed or single parent, Toddler groups, youth, children and vulnerable adults clubs - working alongside other agencies in the town like the police, Youth & Community partnerships as well as schools. In Tanzania, we teach English to the Masai.
