We run with our partners, Plymouth Veterans and Family Hub, at our Ernest English House centre, alongside our information and advice services.At our Mannamead Wellbeing Hub (in north Plymouth) and across the city, we provide support for those with long-term health conditions, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health issues, and their carers.

Chescombe Trust provides a home , care and support for adults who have a Learning Disability.

The Charity's aim is to provide Day opportunities and supported living for people who have a learning disabilities and other complex health needs in the North Yorkshire area

Runs woodland activities for adults with learning disabilities, people with mental health needs & people with dementia; works with schools to support outdoor learning; offers accredited Forest School training & Inset Days; advises on and supports woodland planting & management. The Trust also directly manages a community woodland.

Hope House School is an Independent School providing education and support for children and young people between the ages of 5 to 19 with an Autism diagnosis and associated conditions.
