The Trust owns and manages the 6 houses and 8 flats, housing 22 adult residents, in the Recreation Ground, Shrivenham environs. The object of the Trust is the provision of housing accommodation for beneficiaries, who are persons in need by virtue of disability, financial hardship, sickness or old age, and are former members of the armed forces or the dependants of such persons.

To relieve financial hardship, distress and suffering among orphans, widows, poor people, victims of natural disasters and other people in need by means of, but not exclusively, making grants or loans for providing or paying for items, equipment, services and facilities, including the provision of food, clean water, clothing, medicines and accommodation for the benefit of the said persons.

Learning for Life was established in 1993 as a reponse to the need for education, especially of girls, in South Asia. LfL works with local partners to bring education to areas where there is none, providing children with quality education from which they can build a life and break the chains of poverty.

HandMade Theatre creates performances, workshops and events for community groups and families across the UK. Working with schools, community groups and venues, HandMade works hard to deliver activities and experiences to all. HandMade work closely with Children with SEND, adults with Dementia, women and children fleeing domestic abuse to ensure access for all to high quality arts activities.

Bread of Life Ministries Bristol (BOLM) is an independent Pentecostal church. Bread of Life Ministries have in the last year reached out to the community by organising activities such as youth events, quiz competitions, women's breakfast meetings, prayer summit and annual conferences which has greatly benefited the membership and the community as a whole.

The advancement of the education of young people under the age of 25 by the provision of maintenance and support of Colston's Collegiate School and Colston's Girls' School (Academy),the support of educational activities anywhere in the area of benefit and the provision of bursaries, scholarships,grants or other payments to young people in need of financial assistance to pursue their education.

Daily five times salah in congregations including two Jumu'ah prayers on Friday. Spiritual and religious gathering takes place on weekly basis. Maktab facilities are available for women and children. Yearly one open day for everyone to come and visit the Mosque. Iftar facilities in the holy month of Ramadan.

Our ambition is to persuade people of the huge benefits of following Jesus Christ. We are the church for those who don't go to church: we visit the homes in our neighbourhood week, a street a week, offering friendship. We also offer language class, mums and toddler group and youth group. Our core members also meet to hear the Bible read and explained, and to pray.

After18 is a Leicester based charity which provides one to one support to unaccompanied asylum seeking children and young adults to adjust to life in the UK. We also provide a supplementary school, vulnerable women's group and an arts programme.

Girl Guiding

Provide 11 bungalows, each for single occupancy by widowed or single women of pensionable age, who are able to look after themselves, and who are eligible for housing benefit.

To improve conditions for War Widows and Widowers and to keep them informed of legislation that may affect them. To keep the government informed of their needs and circumstances.

We provide the clubhouse for social meetings and for informal leisure pursuits such as playing cards. We also rent out the clubhouse for one-off events such as parties. Organised activities are whist, crown green bowling, with ladies, mens and mixed teams, tennis on hard courts, indoor short-mat bowls and ladies darts. Cash bingo takes place on Monday and Saturday evenings.

The charity will transform the experience of the perimenopause and the menopause by providing women with access to support, evidence-based information and resources to enable them to make informed choices about their health. In addition we will raise awareness about the menopause in general, its symptoms and the treatment options available and help educate doctors and healthcare professionals.
