Mental health and maternal & child health projects for two populations: Internally displaced people (IDPs) and those impacted by conflict and trauma, and medically underserved communities across Nigeria. We train child arts therapy & adult MHPSS trauma counsellors (e.g. SGBV), run IDP clinics for pregnant women and babies, train primary health workers to reduce mother and baby deaths in childbirth

Jael Christian Women is an independent Christian organisation for all women of any other denomination, faith or background. Inviting all who share a passion or interest to get involved. Our aims include the help and support to the Abused, Oppressed, and the Poor. Also for those whom have not experienced the Agape Love and continuing renewal of heart, mind and life through our saviour Jesus.

Our work is directed at improving lives of all beneficiaries. We work with women experiencing domestic violence empowering and supporting to escape their abusers. We provide information, care and support for women living with HIV/AIDS in the London, rising awareness on issues surrounding HIV/AIDS by running workshops, delivering presentations and staging community events educating the community.

Karibu provides its members and the public with information, advice and support, dealing with family; isolation; health and well being; and education. We are the hub of the local African community, dealing with ethnic and cultural diversity. Members meet once a month, ensuring the enhancement of social inclusion. Karibu runs weekly health & well being activities for all & classes for children .

The objects of the charity are to further the ideals of fellowship, truth, tolerance and justice embodied in the Women's Institute movement in Berkshire and elsewhere. It is non-sectarian, non-party political and offers all women the opportunity to enjoy friendship, life-long learning, to widen their horizons and, together, influence local, national and international affairs.

The provision of advice and assistance to women and their partners who are suffering from any physical or mental illness, distress or poverty as a result of pregnancy or following an abortion, miscarriage, cot death, still birth or loss of a child.The provision of a service to schools/colleges which encourages young people to make responsible and healthy choices regard to sexual behaviour.

The advancement of the amateur sport of football in Stratford upon Avon and surrounding area for the public benefit and particularly for the benefit of women and girls, by the provision of or assistance in the provision of facilities for participation in the sport of football.

WE RAISE FUNDS FOR A LADIES SEMINARY BASED IN ISRAEL. THE SEMINARY IS OPEN TO ALL JEWISH LADIES FROM AROUND THE WORLD. THE LADIES ARE RAISED AND EDUCATED WITHIN THE LAWS OF ORTHODOX JEWRY. THE FUNDS ARE USED TO GET LADIES TO THE SEMINARY AND SUBSCRIBE THEIR HOUSING AND EDUCATION.

Training Young People

We focus our activities on working with Baale Mane Trust, a charity operating in Bangalore, India. Baale Mane works to empower disadvantaged girls by providing a home, education and holistic development to girls from rural communities surrounding the city of Bangalore, India.

The furtherance of the Christian religion throughout the Hurstwood area & the provision of general assistance where required. Activities undertaken include: youth club, kids club, leisure classes, mums and tots group, conferences, tea room, senior citizens meals.

Advancement of education in the subject of pregnancy, and the termination of pregnancy, and into the effects thereof upon women, whether physical, medical or psychological.The preservation and protection of women's health.The provision of advice, counselling and assistance to women and their partners and families, as a result of pregnancy or pregnancy loss, cot death, still birth, child death.

TEMPO Youth Theatre Group brings one musical each year to the local community. We perform at The Evans Theatre, Wilmslow, Cheshire. We educate young people in theatre arts.The show in March 2026 will be the musical 'Sister Act.'

The primary objective of the charity is to ensure that South East Asian women who have been estranged from their families due to forced marriage, domestic violence or honour abuse have access to support, information and resources to help them become productive independent members of society.

The Norfolk Constabulary Benevolent Fund was established to assist in needy cases of members, former members, their widows, orphans or dependants. It does this by paying grants and interest free loans where necessary and by the provision of holiday homes for rest and recuperation and for respite or convalescence.

First Step is a multi racial project providing community based informal and accredited learning/volunteering opportunities for women and young people. All our activities are underpinned by a person centred, holistic and democratic ethos and backed by equality of opportunity access and actions including an onsite creche, language and mentoring support, a safe environment and full disabled access.

The Denbigh Workshop works with people from all backgrounds and uses creative activities to empower, build confidence, combat isolation, unite communities and help individuals to achieve their potential. We work in mainly deprived areas and deliver projects developed in response to community identified need. We have a particular interest in supporting women and young girls to empower themselves.

Safeguards by raising awareness of Female Genital Multilation (FGM) Develop & provide workshops to impart leadership and management skills to all young people including those with learning difficulties;Provide advise and support for parents and young people who are isolated and have no familial bonds;Facilitate community network support group to build bridges across communities.

WI group meeting to try and experience different activities and run events for the community

To honour the charity of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ by works of mercy, spiritual and temporal, the poor, the sick, prisoners, orphans, aged and infirm persons or persons in any other need. This includes the provision of a private registered nursing home.
