How Many Elephants (HME) protects African elephants and empowers women to protect nature. The Powerhouse is an organization of women with learning difficulties and is run by members. We facilitate group activities on the premises. We also go out in to the community. Our group activities are designed to empower members around health, advocacy, personal safety, employment and skills to improve quality of life and general confidence.

The Hall Management Committee aims to provide an attractive, comfortable and well-maintained venue at reasonable hire rates for many local groups and organisations. Dynamic Support of Greater Manchester is a register charity whose objective are to relieve poverty and distress in Greater Manchester and in Africa; to promote the benefit of BAME women and girls and their dependents; to promote their good health and well being and provide recreational facilities in the interest of social welfare.

We provide outreach services to women working in multiple sectors of the sex industry, offering chaplaincy-style support, signposting to specialist agencies, and support them with any particular needs they express, practical or otherwise.

The church's principal activities are set out publicly on our web site. The main meetings of the whole church are: two services on Sunday, one in the morning and one in the evening, plus a meeting on Wednesday evening. In addition, mainly during school term times, there is a Parent & Toddler Group, a Ladies Fellowship and a Coffee Morning.
