The Little Lot Nursery provides quality pre-school education for children.

We provide affordable 8am-6pm care for children from Alne (Nth Yorks) & local villages of age 2 to school age. We develop & educate children through play in a safe, stimulating environment; developing co-operation and sharing; teaching them to treat others with kindness and respect; encouraging them to be independent learners. Little Gem's Pre-School, Basildon provides affordable childcare for children aged between 2years and 5years. We are open from 8:30am to3pm Monday to Friday, 38 weeks of the year. Additionally, we offer affordable wraparound care in the form of a breakfast club from 8am and an after school club until 5pm. We are based in what is classed as a socially deprived area of Basildon, Essex.

Our sessions focus on indoor and outdoor play, we follow the early years curriculum for Wales and we aim to provide a stimulating environment to enable all children to learn and grow to their full potential.

The charity runs a playgroup for children between the ages of 2 and 5. We provide care for chidlren in a rural area covering Corby Glen, Swinstead, Irnham, Burton Coggles, Swayfield, Creeton, Little Bytham, Castle Bytham and Careby.

We are based in Southend and our services were formed in Southend on Sea with funding from Southend Borough Council. The aim of Friends and Places Together is to seek friendships for isolated and vulnerable people within our community. Primarily we offer support to young people from 13 to 25 years old but we have had many requests to support all people that are isolated.

The aim and activity of our Pre-school is to enhance the development and education of the children in our care by working with and involving their parents and carers. We do this by providing appropriate play, education and care facilities and training courses.
