Babylon Educational Foundation is a voluntary organisation that aims to strengthen educational outcomes, provide support to learners, and improve learning environments for students, teachers, and the wider community.We aim to offer and support children and young people through education and careers. Our goal is to make a positive impact through education and humanitarian aid.

Based in the Groves area of the Guildhall Ward in the city of York, established in 1969 as a youth centre, the charity develops and supports a range of projects in the local community for young people, adults with additional learning needs, and the community in York.

We offer a range of services to young people aged 9-25 as well as members of the wider community including open access sessions, issue based work, sports/well-being, outreach/detached sessions, employment projects, volunteering opportunities, a domestic abuse awareness project and intensive one to one support sessions.

YLC facilitates networks, training and partnerships alongside our members VCSE and partners. This assists in identifying key issues for children, young people and families. We then work with our members and young people to grow their organisations and promote joint working and best practice to improve outcomes for children, young people and families in the Wakefield District.

The Buddy Bag Foundation provides relief of material hardship and need amongst children, young people and parents who are fleeing domestic abuse for the public benefit in England and Wales, primarily, but not exclusively, by providing items of basic necessity and comfort.

Glamis Hall for All provides a community centre and an affordable day centre for people over 50 living in the area who otherwise would be socially isolated or whose carers are in need of respite.We also host a youth club, youth theatre, dance groups, exercise groups, church and an eco group. Regular public events are held throughout the year and our function room is available to hire .

Regular Christian public worship open to all. The provision of a sacred space for personal prayer and contemplation. Pastoral work, including visiting the sick and bereaved. Teaching the Christian faith and promoting the whole mission of the church. The provision of activities based on Christian values for children and young people including support for the local church school.

Wings works with disadvantaged children, young people and adults in one of the poorest areas in the UK. Through mentoring, befriending and offering an exciting portfolio of collaboratively designed learning, recreational and motivational activities, our aim is to help them gain skills, while raising confidence, resilience and self-esteem and ultimately giving each individual hope for the future.

We provide Positive sporting activities within the most hard to reach communities to engage with young people in their own environments including:- Quality coaching in both boxing and fitness activitiesEducational support and personal development opportunities, Accredited training and coaching qualifications, Opportunities to volunteering and undertake work placements, pathways to competition.

Youth - We run a weekly youth club that aims to provide activities for young people of Ashford and create an environment for positive integration. Church - We run a Christian congregation that meet every Sunday aswell as smaller weekly meetings on selected days.Women - Bells Ladies ministry aims to empower women through forums, workshops and conferences where a variety of topics are discussed.

Youth Action offers bespoke programmes to engage young people tackling issues concerning the environment, social and economic matters. We are committed to helping vulnerable young people through campaigns, research and tailored projects, this results in young people developing their confidence and skills for them to reach their true potential.

Our vision is 'No young person limited by disadvantage'. We focus our work in the Brunswick Ward area of Leamington, delivering activities, creating opportunities and providing support to help disadvantaged young people transition to a self-assured adulthood. We connect with and support young people aged 8-18 and their families through clubs, cafes and mentoring.

To promote and encourage physical, mental, and social wellbeing by providing inclusive sports, fitness, and wellbeing activities. With a focus on youth development, Fusion Health & Wellbeing fosters confidence, resilience, and community spirit through structured programs, workshops, and events, promoting healthy lifestyles and reducing barriers to participation for all.

N.B. We are not currently accepting unsolicited requests for funding. The Abstract Foundation makes grants to organisations and individuals, with a particular focus on projects which support young people and help them to improve their opportunities and quality of life.

WCP is an Anglican Parish of 3 sister churches, St Aidan & St Silas, St Barnabas and St Mark. Each church offers regular public worship open to all, pastoral work & visiting, Teaching, links with schools, provision of Christian youth activities, and promotes the mission of the church by providing activities for every section of the local community. It also supports other UK and overseas charities

Lewsey Pentecostal Church led by the Church Council; Sunday service; Sunday School, Dedication(Christening), Baptism, Marriages, Funeral, Counselling. Groups (Prayer, Worship, Women's, Men's; Young people, Outreach); Social and Educational events; Mission giving. Membership of AoG UK, Churches Together, Partnership working with Local Govt. Ofsted registered Lewsey Nursery(ages 0 to 5 years).

Isleworth Explorers Club is a purpose built youth centre which provides a range of activities for young people. The club provides junior and senior youth sessions and there is additional provision for children with special needs and disabilities There is an out of club programme offering day trips. There is also a childcare project incorporating an after school club, and holiday play schemes.

The Herts Young Mariners Base provides a wide range of Outdoor Educational activities mainly to young people but also to adults.These are mainly around canoeing & kayaking, sailing, climbing, caving providing both skills and personal development opportunities

The Link Charitable Trusts works with children, young people and adults to promote positive mental health by providing one to one counselling and supportive activities for all.

Enrichment activities for children and young people with Down syndrome such as sports music, training for parents and school staff based around the specific learning profile of children with Down syndrome. Consultations for parents and into schools. reading interventions and resources.
