Scouting activities for boys and girls from the Ashby & Coalville area of Leicestershire. There are 16 scout groups and 7 Explorer Scout sections, totalling 1092 young people aged 6-18. Activities range from arts and crafts to camping and expeditions. Scouting sees children of all ages grow up and develop into well rounded young people, many go onto other youth activities and leadership.

The Charity aims to improve the lives of local young people by providing supported housing, youth activities, sports and leisure and child care services.

The Harpenden and Wheathampstead Scout District supports Explorer Scout Units and the Scout Groups across Harpenden, Wheathampstead and Kimpton to encourage the young people to do more, learn more and be more. Richmond Shakespeare Society is a local amateur theatre group, a member of the Little Theatre Guild of Great Britain. We operate two professionally run Youth Theatres covering the age groups 8-19 and run from our own premises.

The Conquest Theatre Trust presents theatrical activities to North Herefordshire and the surrounding area by: owning and operating a theatre, producing amateur plays, engaging professional productions and showing films.
