Our mission is to break the cycle of youth homelessness in Hertfordshire through education, advice and support for young people and their families. We work with young people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or whose families are at risk of relationship breakdown. We also work with care experienced young people and those aged 18-25 with mental health and substance misuse challenges.

Wandsworth Music provides music education to children and young people who live in or attend schools in and around the London Borough of Wandsworth.

Our aim is to work with young people between the ages of 8 to 19 and up to 25 for young people with additional needs, with particular emphasis on young people from disadvantaged circumstances. We are a seven night per week youth provision, offering a universal service as well as a targeted offer for young people using various mediums of sport, arts and one-to-one activities all in the same venue.

Northamptonshire Mind works to promote and support good mental health within the areas of Northampton, Daventry, Wellingborough, Corby, East and South Northants.Service provisions include: Peer to peer support, a young peoples service, gender sensitive services, community access projects, user-run services and volunteering opportunities.

Northleigh House School exists to help young people recover confidence and catch up academic work so that they can return to school or employment.

Southwark Playhouse is a leading London theatre venue that presents a year round programme of work by new and emerging theatre artists and practitioners. Alongside this work the organisation offers a year round curriculum support programme working in a large number of Southwark schools, and a peer-led youth theatre for local young people (16-25) offering arts activities and training initiatives.

WCT enables children, young people, families & communities to access a wide range of positive activities, opportunities & experiences through supporting families, promoting achievement & aspirations, offering early support & reaching out to those with fewest advantages.

The Brent Adolescent Centre is committed to the well being of vulnerable young people in and around the London borough of Brent (aged 14-21) and provides free mental health support services - in house and in the community. It also undertakes research into adolescent breakdown.

At the Jessie May Trust we provide a free Palliative Care Service for children and young people who are not expected to live beyond nineteen years. We work in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.Members of our experienced care team support each family at home with short periods of respite, advice, terminal nursing care and bereavement support.
