Scouting exists to actively engage and support young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society. We achieve this through delivery of a good quality balanced programme in line with the requirements of The Scout Association.

Various indoor and outdoor Scouting activities (outdoor examples - camping and walking) for young people aged 6 - 14. Plus facilities for older young people 14 - 25 to also enjoy Scouting.

WORSHIP, TEACHING, PRAYER, FELLOWSHIP, YOUNG PEOPLES ACTIVITIES COMMUNITY OUTREACH SUPPORTING CHRISTIAN MINISTRY ELSEWHERE. THE CHURCH IS BASED ON A LARGE ESTATE ORIGINALLY BUILT AS A LONDON OVERSPILL ESTATE IN HUNTINGDON, CAMBS, AND STARTED IN THE 1960'S TO SEE THE GOSPEL BEING SHARED AND PREACHED. NO CHARGE IS MADE AND ALL ACTIVITIES ARE OPENLY ACCESSIBLE TO THE PUBLIC.

ASSITEJ UK is part of ASSITEJ International and provides information through newsletters and networking opportunities through meetings and conferences to unite theatres,organisations and individuals of the world dedicated to theatre for children and young people.

The promotion of classical music concerts in Keswick together with giving assistance and encouragement in the development of an interest among the young people of the area in listening to, learning about, and performing music.

THE VICTORIA HALL WAS GIVEN TO THE COMMUNITY AROUND 1907. THE VICTORIA HALL IS A COMMUNITY CENTRE THAT CATERS FOR, YOUTH, COFFEE MORNINGS, TI CHI, BALLROOM DANCING, BINGO MEETINGS, EXCERCISE CLASSES,KARATE, RUMMAGE SALES, BABMINGTON, MAYORS BALLS AND A FUNCTION ROOM FOR WEDDINGS, PARTIES, AND SOCIAL EVENTS. THE HALL IS USED FOR COUNCIL ELECTIONS, SEMINARS BY THE COUNCILS, BOTH LOCAL AND COUNTY.

This is a volunteer-run group that helps young people in Northern Ireland, particularly those from disadvantaged areas most affected by decades of violence and community tension. ENCOURAGE YOUNG PEOPLE TO BECOME INVOLVED WITH GROWING FUCHSIAS. PROVIDE TRAINING FOR SHOW STEWARDS AND JUDGES. ANSWER QUESTIONS ON ALL ASPECTS OF FUCHSIA CULTURE AND PLANT AVAILABILITY.

The charitable trust was set up in memory of the late Mrs Else Meindl in 1987.In order to perpetuate her memory, the Youth Platoon project was launched in 2024. This mental health initiative empowers teens with emotional resilience and self-regulation skills. By providing coaching from qualified professionals, the project aims to prevent mental health challenges and foster successful adulthood

We are a uniformed youth group providing facilities for young people between 10 and 18 in the Harrogate & District area, using a nautical theme based on the customs of the Royal Navy.
