John Lyon's Charity gives grants to benefit children and young people up to the age of 25 who live in nine boroughs in northwest London. Grants are awarded to registered charities and organisations with automatic charitable status.

Childhood First (previously called the Peper Harow Foundation) provides integrated programmes of care, education and treatment to children and young people who are suffering the consequences of neglect and emotional, physical and sexual abuse. Activities are centered on five residential communities with attached schools and a placement and family support programme.

NYAS is a socio-legal charity providing advice, advocacy, information and legal advice to children, young people and vulnerable adults. NYAS also provides Independent Visitors who befriend children in care, and we undertake Regulation 44 visits of children homes. SHINE supports educational projects that work primarily with disadvantaged children and young people (4 to 18 years) across the North West, North East and Yorkshire and Humber regions. We provide grants to fund educational programmes which give these young people the extra support and attention they need to learn the basic but essential tools for life.
