Time to Talk West Berkshire provides a confidential counselling service, free at the point of delivery, for young people aged 11 to 25 who are resident, in education, training, working or registered with a GP in West Berkshire. It provides counselling from its premises in Newbury, at some schools and through other outreach work, and runs courses.

THE CHILDREN'S FOUNDATION IMPROVES THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE NORTH EAST BY MAKING SERIOUS STUFF FUN. WE DEVELOP INNOVATION TO IMPROVE CHILDRENS HEALTH WITH A FOCUS ON EARLY YEARS, MENTAL HEALTH AND PHYSICAL HEALTH.

The provision of hostel accommodation for single young people aged 16-35. We provide a hall, lounge, training room for the use of the Ripon community. Our own work includes a drama club for young people aged 11-16 and a parent and toddler group.

PROVISION OF SPORTS CLUBS AND SPORTS FACILITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE & THE WIDER COMMUNITY FOR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL ACTIVITIES TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND/OR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS IN THE LONDONBOROUGH OF BEXLEY AND SURROUNDING AREAS, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE.

We realise the Roma Support Group's aims and objectives by the following activities: A) Advice and advocacy for young people, their families and older Roma; B) Health projects; C) Education support project; D) Sport inclusion project; E) Art and culture development projects; F) Roma culture workshops; G) Roma training schemes; H) Policy and information.

Croydon Jubilee Church is a group of people committed to serving Jesus Christ in the local Croydon community and beyond. Apart from regular weekly meetings the church operates for the benefit of the community in a variety of ways including youth work, children's activities, involvement in a shelter for the homeless in winter months and supporting parents in different ways.

Our projects offer sports (basketball, boxing and gym sessions), mentoring and music production. In addition we arrange outings away from home areas to expand horizons and raise aspirations.

Our vision is a world where the emotional and psychological needs of children and young people can be met through early interventions in the local community. We will provide young parents/carers and their children or infants, and young adults, with the best psychotherapeutic support whatever their financial means, background or status.

Our charity supports mainstream education through provision of a homework club andGCSE prep workshops. However, our supplementary school teach Islamic religion, celebrate our cultureand activities to support mainstream education but equally promote good citizenship and good health forall. Also we run workshop and projects that help the young people and their families to do well in education.

SoCo Music Project supports wellbeing and progression through music. Our core activities include: supporting young people at risk of offending; working with children and young people with special educational needs/disabilities; providing activities for adults who are vulnerable through substance misuse and/or poor mental health. We also support creatives to connect/collaborate through networking.

Act as a resource for young people (up to 24) living in Croydon, London and the surrounding areas. We provide advice and assistance as well as organise programmes as a means of: a) helping young people by developing their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals; b) advancing education; c) relieving unemployment

Activities include: Food for all programme, nutritious take away, Credit Union, Advocacy Support, Job Search, Foodbank, Youthgroup, Pop up Ping Pong Parlour, Community Gardens, intergenerational learning, Dementia Cafe, Activities and free snacks for children and young people during school holidays, community gardening, partnership work with schools and other local groups.

Facilitate the promotion of education for children and of young persons with special needs under the age of 25, including assistance with transportation to and from their educational establishments.

The Trust's objectives are primarily, but not exclusively, to assist in creating opportunities for young people who are disadvantaged to improve their situation, either by financial assistance, involvement in project and support work or research into the causes of, and means to alleviate, hardship.

We provide resources and services for the local community of South West Durham. We have a particular focus on children, young people and families and bring together volunteers to enable aspirations to be met. We are based in a venue that provides rooms, accommodation, outdoor activities, music and community transport.

To provide grants for educational needs to young people under 25 and resident in the Lakes Parish, and to the voluntary schools (and to academies that were formerly voluntary schools) in the Lakes Parish. Promotion of the Christian gospel within the North Fylde area of Lancashire to include the relief of poverty supporting the work of the Methodist Church worldwide. We work across all sections of the community currently running activities for children and young people, families and older people.
