The Island provides a mentoring service to vulnerable 8 - 13 year-olds in York. Volunteer mentors meet weekly with their mentees (children and young people) to pursue a range of positive activities on a one-to-one basis.

1. Developing and maintaining training, employment and volunteering opportunities for young people. We concentrate on those (semi) excluded from school and those deemed to be young offenders in order to enhance their chances of higher educational attainment and paid employment in the future. 2. Aiding the physical regeneration of the local area in line with environmentally driven objectives.

Specifically we help children and young people with cleft and palate, and severe facial disfigurements, by securing professional medical care to rebuild facial function and appearance, supporting community reintegration and give new prospects in life.

The Behaviour Support Hub is a parent-led organisation that supports parents/carers of children and young people with challenging behaviour possibly due to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD),Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD) and associated conditions.Our niche quality is that no diagnosis is required for parents/carers to access support, pre-diagnosis being a crucial time.

As stated in the Constitution "to give young people between the ages of 7 and 20 years in Nunhead and Peckham and the surrounding area in London access to a range of learning opportunities and challenging experiences which promote their personal and social and civic development"

The development and education of young people of all nationalities, religions, cultures and social background through sail training and the promotion of international understanding and friendship. Sail Training International is the worldwide voice of sail training and the medium by which member national sail training organisations plan and execute international projects, programmes and activities.

The Phoenix Youth Project delivers centre based, and outreach youth work sessions for 8 - 19 year olds in Cleator Moor and Frizington. We run two youth centres, delivering ten evening sessions each week including Friday Night sessions. We provide young people with various activities, trips, opportunities for learning and development as well having fun.

Auckland Youth and Community Centre is an active, vibrant and diverse community hub in the heart of Woodhouse Close, one of England's most disadvantaged housing estates. We are situated one mile from Bishop Auckland town centre. Our Centre, which opened in 1964, supports local people of all ages and needs with a wide range of activities, interventions, learning experiences and events.

Under the terms of the Deed the Trustees run the charity to assist those in need by reason of youth, ill health, disability or social or economic disadvantage by providing grants and funding to purchase goods and services. The charity has been set up by the Christians in Petersfield to serve the community of Petersfield and the surrounding villages. It particularly focuses on youth, by providing facilities in which they can meet together in a safe environment to relax but also with the opportunity to find counselling, education and information. Much of the work is focused on helping the more vulnerable young people

We are a group of volunteers who have taking over the running of the local community centre on a estate in Corby which has 10% deprevation. In side the facility we have a Community Cafe, SureStart Childrens Centre, Youth Club a large sports hall which we hire out the facilty for different activities such as football, Table Tennis, Karate and many more.

Gypsies and Travellers Wales provides an extensive information, advice and liaison service to Gypsies and Travellers, the Local Authority and all relevant agencies and professionals. The Organisation also runs specific issue based projects: an IT-based Driving Theory course, provides IT & Literacy skills sessions, Employment skills workshops and weekly Youth activities sessions.

You are welcome to join us for our weekly Sunday meeting at 9:15 & 11:15am in Carlisle. Additionally we also run youth and children's activities, a toddler group, lunches and activities for older folk and from time to time other projects and events to serve Carlisle.

Founded as a grassroots organisation in Calais, we're now a Brighton based charity working locally with young refugees in Sussex and campaigning nationally. We provide specialist one to one casework support and advocacy as well as weekly youth groups that are developed alongside the young people accessing them.

Success Club provides support and learning opportunities to children and young people which enhance wellbeing, personal, social, and emotional development, and self-understanding. We promote pro-social core attitudes and beliefs for the benefit of the school environment, local community and general public. We also aim to prevent school exclusion and offer a bespoke programme to support this aim
