Activities & Mission

BOYM has 5 orchestras rehearsing during term time, run by music professionals, with performances, workshops & participation and fund-raising. We have membership fees & a discretionary grant scheme (from reduced fees to full waiver), & we run an instrument loan scheme. We engage in outreach projects & concerts for schools to encourage young people to appreciate music & try musical instruments.
